Bella struttura personale da seguire molto

Abbiamo un cane whippet,dopo aver chiamato la struttura e verificato che fosse possibile portarlo,abbiamo scoperto che il cane non ha accesso alla colazione,al ristorante,alla piscina che è senza bagnino e dove i bambini gicano a palla in acqua e si tuffano,nonostante il divieto e senza il controllo di qualcuno. Però nonostante viaggiamo sempre con cuccia,coperte ,ciotole e pappa,il cane paga un supplemento giornaliero,che non abbiamo pagato come riconoscimento per un approccio maleducato da parte di un cameriere sull'argomento cane. Avevamo pagato la camera applicando un codice sconto che voi ci avete riconosciuto e ci era stata assegnata una stanza francobollo. Alla richiesta di cambiarla,me ne avevano data una esattamente sopra un cantiere che il mattino dopo ha ripreso il lavoro facendo un rumore assordante. Dopo insistenza mi hanno dato una buona stanza,ma perche' scontentare un cliente quando alla sera di ferragosto ci sono stanze libere? In stanza avevamo una lampada del comodino bruciata e il bagnoschiuma a parete finito da 2 gg. il personale e poco professionale.un grazie al vice metre che ci ha agevolati sia nella colazione che nell'accesso alla piscina

Pleasant, gorgeous views but avoid the restaurant!

The hotel is a throwback to a more elegant time, with spacious hallways and staircase, a garden with pool, and a restaurant on the pleasant terrace with gorgeous views. What a shame, then, that the restaurant service left us feeling irritated and angry. One of the waiters was pompous, condescending, and downright rude; instead of being helpful with the wine, he tried to impress with jargon, and rolled his eyes when we selected a "lesser" wine offered by the glass; when we decided on just a pasta course, his attitude was dismissive and haughty; when asked for dessert menus, he dropped them off and disappeared, and no one deigned to come back to take our order for the next 15 minutes.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für kürzere Aufenthalte

Ich habe das Hotel für ein verlängertes WE gebucht und es nicht bereut. Es liegt verkehrstechnisch super - mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf dem Weg nach Lugano, Verzasca Tal, Bellinzona, und natürlich Locarno/Ascona. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Bus ist hervorragend. Die Sicht von der Terrasse ist toll - ein besonderes Frühstückserlebnis.

Hotel an toller Lage

Das Hotel besticht durch seine grossen Räume und die tolle Lage. Leider ist die Einrichtung sehr bescheiden und lieblos, so dass man sich noch heute vor kommt wie im Sanatorium.

Still good, but used to be better.

Not as good as it used to be, since they started using concentrates for breakfast juices, and now even charging for an omelette or fried eggs. The rooms are not well insulated, and can be noisy at full occupancy. On the positive side, they offer to pick-up/drop-off at the train station, have a good outdoor pool and several spa facilities. Not the worst location, but still a good walk uphill/downhill from the lake. We were able to loan bikes free of charge, but they were not well maintained in my opinion. They did offer a free chocolate egg for Easter, as well as a prize draw (although only one prize, and we were not lucky). It is my 2nd time at this hotel, my wife's 5th time, as it is possible to get good prices at non peak times. I think we'll look somewhere else next time though.

Ruhige Lage, Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, grosser geheizter Pool, schöner Park. Grosses Morgenbuffet sogar mit Lachs! Für mich fehlt nur eine Duschkabine anstelle der Badenwanne mit duschmöglichkeit und Schiebetüren.

Locarno

Hotel was very nice and most of staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue is lack of transportation and distance to train station. Hotel car only provided to pick you up and drop you off once. Not to logical if the car is going to town anyway to take riders. Taking the bus leaves you with extreme uphill walk. Buses only run on a half hour schedule. Young man working the front desk on the weekend was extremely helpful and provided all the service he could. Dining room was nice and food was very acceptable. Only issue was a broken coffee machine and the line for coffee when working. Probably should have two coffee machines

Bedauerliche Mängel

Leider sehr lausiger Service beim Abendessen - über 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Das Standartzimmer entspricht bei weitem nicht einem 4-Stern Hotel. Das Zimmer stank nach Putzmittel und war auch nicht um 15:00 Uhr bereit. Alles in Allem: Sehr schade, hat das grundsätzlich schöne Hotel nicht auch eine ausreichende inhaltliche Qualität.

Excelente hotel

O hotel é muito bonito e bem conservado. Café da manhã excelente e com uma vista linda das montanhas e do lago. Piscina aquecida externa é muito boa estrutura de spa. Mas não é no centro de Locarno. Para quem está de carro não é problema
