"the owners of the property could not do enough and were must charming. Carlo and Paola work so terribly hard but always ready to talk and smile with the guests. It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking. "This is a good standard hotel which for the price, in peak summer, was decent value. The lobby and restaurant were pleasant and clean. The food was good, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and professional, both in the evening and at breakfast, for which there was a good selection. The room was large and well equipped. Aircon seemed stuck on 26C but as it was 34C outside, it was great! Only downside was the carpet (unusual for an Italian hotel) and bedding looked like it had seen better days (although bedding was spotless). Overall, very positive, especially if you want to spend a day in a shopping centre (not for me!)"
