Lovely new hotel, clean, well equipped bedrooms with comfortable beds and delicious fresh bread at breakfast. Quiet area but nowhere to walk to for supper without walking on main road. Also a shame we were charged €20 for on site parking which was readily available.

Even though it's in the middle of nowhere the rooms are beautiful well appointed and exceptionally clean the beds and pillows. We had a little trouble getting warm enough water in the morning to shower but I imagine everybody was going at the same time one thing we didn't like was for their inside parking lot they wanted 5 Euros and other than that it was a nice they had a wonderful Honor Bar where you could get drinks at any time or bottled water and you just write it down on a piece of paper that was convenient. vcomfortable

Clean rooms with access to a patio, beautiful pool, short distance to the beach, delicious breakfast with coffee, pastries, cheeses, meats & bread. We also requested dinner on one night, which was a highlight of our time in Portugal. Large outdoor table which we played cards on every night.

Lieu enchanteur!

Hébergement fantastique! Nous avons grandement apprécié le confort des lieux, la propreté, les activités disponibles (piscine, vélos, lac) et l’aménagement (jolie décoration). Hospitalité exceptionnelle, déjeuner et souper savoureux. Merci à Odette, Joâo et Béatrice. Notre seul regret, être restés seulement 2 nuits! Idéal si vous soutenez faire un arrêt entre Lisbonne et Porto et visiter Aveiros.

Pros: very nice home, clean and very comfortable rooms we were the only one there for the night, very quiet. Cons: like they describe on hotel.com "rural area" 10 minutes by car to the small beach town nearby. Be aware they only accept cash payments, they will send the receipt via email.

Um hotel pequeno, com 3 quartos e um apt. de 2 quartos. Uma graça, super tranquilo! Ótima opção para a região da ria de Aveiro - mas acessível apenas para quem viaja de carro. Leve todo o necessário pois o comércio fica distante. Café da manhã excelente, em uma copa dos sonhos. Única sugestão possível é instalar ar condicionado - para alguns dormir de janela aberta não é confortável, e sempre há o risco de bichinhos - afinal é local meio rural. D. Odete nos fez estar ‘em casa’!

I was very please to find such confort and cleaness in a rural, very beautiful place. The owners are doing what they love with the hotel, you feel that. My husband an myself hat nice days there :-)
