Comfortable ground floor air-conditioned apartment off the Famous Pine Walk

"Excellent stay, great location. Really comfortable beds. Could have benefitted from pool towels which we have had in other similar properties in the complex but nothing a quick trip to the shops couldn’t fix. Great being able to collect the keys directly from the complex and the instructions on gate codes, locations and access were really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking Puerto Pollensa."

"My wife and I stayed in August. The rooms are spacious and well planned, with everything you need for basic self catering, but as the main part of the town ans seafront is less than 5 minutes walk away, all of the takeaways, bars and restaurants are easily accessible if you don't want to cook. The downside to the apartments is that they do not have a lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs if you're on the first or second floor. The swimming pool is perfectly located to get the sun all day. As we were there in August it was filled with children and inflateables who made quite a mess around the pool. In the 12 days we were there, there was no attempt to clean the tiled area around the pool, which got quite dirty as children ran on the lawn then back to the pool."

"A fantastic stay, this hotel was immaculate throughout - incredibly modern and clean. Facilities were excellent - we had a few cloudy days and were able to use the steam room, sauna and plunge pool. Breakfast was good quality and the option to order freshly cooked was an additional benefit."

"We can not fault our stay, the room we had was at the back of the hotel was large and very comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast selection was varied and the hot food on offer changed daily. Lots to choose from and unlimited. Staff were all so friendly, welcoming and super efficient. We ate lunch here on one day and again it was delicious and presented very nicely. Hotel to beach is only a few steps."
