Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice home, unfriendly staff

Condo was nice, but staff running the place was not. Didn’t have a good experience from the front desk, which shuts down during the night, and restaurant food and service not great. Would not let you bring your drink you just purchase from their bar to the outside restaurant seating, and would make you wear clothes to sit outside and eat even though there are no signs and your sitting next to the swimming pool. Will most likely not be back.

Good experience

Enjoyed close walk to beach. Beach was so crowded we had a hard time watching our Little ones because people had their own personal umbrellas with the beach chairs we rented. The rule was no tents or umbrellas except behind chairs. Their was definitely no social distancing going on. And no one checking to see.

Check in time of 4pm is outlandish.. the whole day is wasted. Listing said king and full size in 2nd room.... it was 2 full size beds. There was some trash behind the dresser in the spare room. The restaurant down stairs, we had a roach crawl across our table.... just a bad experience. Parking is a nightmare....... not sure we would stay again. The spa on the other hand was wonderful!!! Massage was great

Fantastic!

I loved the privacy of the rooms. Took my grandson and two of his friends along with two of my granddaughters. We able to keep to ourselves because the rooms were on the opposite ends The balcony was accessible at at angles of the apartment. We had a great time!!
