Just Beachy - formerly known as "Sandy Dunes" - is a newly constructed Miramar Beach vacation house rental tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Miramar Beach. With a private pool and a lavish interior design, the feeling of luxury and relaxation will surround you. Location is everything when it comes to this home. Not only is it a short walk to the community beach access, but it's just a few minutes drive away from the prestigious Silver Sands Outlet mall where shopping and dining options await! Baytowne Wharf is directly across Highway 98 and provides a fun village atmosphere for the whole family. There are countless activities to do near this lovely property to entertain everybody.
Step inside to the first floor of the home and you'll find three bedrooms, two king suites, and a double queen suite, each with a private bathroom. Take the elevator to the second floor of the home to the main living space. This space is delicate and open with top-of-the-line fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony with peek-a-boo gulf views. The hardwood floors and accent wall pull the room together for the ultimate luxurious feel. The whole family can gather in this area for time well spent and create memories to last a lifetime. A king suite is also located on this floor and has a private bathroom.

The third floor houses the master suite with a king bed and private balcony access with views of the Gulf. The private bathroom is spacious and spa-like with a tub, standalone shower, and dual-sink vanity. The walk-in closet is also very large and provides shelving for organization. The bunk room is also on this floor and has a full-over-full bunk bed, balcony access and a private bathroom. The views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony are what dreams are made of!

Come together around the outdoor pool and spa tub for a time of fun and relaxation. With lounge seating and patio furniture, you can soak up the sun or host the cook out of a lifetime! We loved the location. The beach is a short stroll to the beach access point. The Dollar General and other stores were very convenient to grab anything you forgot or needed for the day. The house was excellent other than it needs a larger refrigerator or another on the first floor.

There was construction directly across the street with lots of NOISE and MESS...Early in the morning

It was ok, but there are NO TOWEL BARS or HOOKS... How can this be in a beach house with bathing suits and beach towels and regular bathing towels....HUGE OVERSIGHT!!!!! Foe the price we paid, I would have expected top accommodations....Somewhat disappointed between this and the construction noise... THere should have been a disclaimer about the construction....

Miramar Beach

The property was clean and close to the beach. It was perfect for our group of 6 couples, plenty of room outside and in the living room and kitchen. The only improvement that would have been a nice feature was to have a TV outside by the pool. Parking was good. Property management was very responsive when we had a question.

Excellent space for retreat

It was an ideal space for a retreat. There was plenty of room to be together and have some quiet space to yourself. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is an easy and very short walk to the beach. It was fantastic. I did read the other reviews and brought some extra dish towels and picked up dishwasher soap at the e Dollar Store (which is more upscale than most dollar stores and is also walking distance). We did a load of dishes every night and a few people used the laundry so we made sure to have the right detergent etc. It was great. Will definitely go back. We had one concern and property management was right on it! Fantastic place!

Beautiful beach house/perfect location

The home was perfect and just as advertised. It was very close to the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all! A few things were needed to make the stay even better... There were no dish towels, and we had to use kitchen towels to wipe counters and dry dishes. The outdoor trash can was much to small for a house of this size. A few blankets would be great for watching tv or reading. The gas grill had an empty tank. Also, three cars parked in our driveway a 7:30 am, waiting on us to leave so they could clean after us. We did not call Five Star during our stay about these items because they were minor, but they would help make the house better for future guests. Thanks for a great rental!

Large new home with great beds, pool and quiet beach area.

A home that accommodated our large family with the perfect answer for grandma, an elevator. Terrific decks on three levels and perfect seating in the living and dining rooms. The pool is large enough for the whole family and you can have a cookout at the same time with the gas grill and patio furniture.

Great House, Wonderful Stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay, the house was exactly as described and clean. We would highly recommend this home as the pool was great and you are just a short walk to the beach. The rental company was also great and very accommodating. The road around the house can be a little busy with work crews and house hunters but it wasn't a huge issue. Dollar General is a short walk away as well should you need some quick supplies and don't want to have to go out to a big store. When we vacation again in the Destin area we'll be back!

close to beach!

Great home and so close to beach! The main complaint is how they advertised as 180$ a night, but when I went to pay it turned out to be nearly 400$ a night with all the extra fees they add on, like a 500$ cleaning fee, and 1,000 owners fee, and 150$ insurance fee, so many other fees I lost count. The tons of fees brought the actual price to almost 400$ a night. So it was a bit deceiving. Ofher than that the home has three levels so there is a bunch of going up and down up and down. When we visited there was major construction going on in the neighborhood and the main road leading to the neigherhood also has major construction. It was difficult to get out of the neighborhood we often had to drive out of our way and u turn around. Also the pool had a spa jet, but not actual hot tub. The TV did not record shows or have a DVR so you could only watch live TV. I stayed quite some time there so I missed my shows. But the home itself was beautiful and super close to beach. It came with a lot of towels which was very nice. Also they set up chairs for us on the beach which was super convenient with children in tow. I would definitely visit again and would reccommend this location. Very clean, nice furnishings, but the mattresses were a little too firm for my liking. Miramar r is so close to destin. Lots of things near by to see and do!
