This large TOPS'L resort villa is the perfect place to enjoy your next Miramar Beach vacation. Inside, you'll be swept away by all the open space, bright natural light, and tasteful furnishings. The well-equipped, full kitchen is large and filled to the brim with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could want. Prepare a delicious meal to enjoy on the attractive dining table or out on the patio just a few steps away from the Captiva pool.

You'll find fine arts festivals, a farmers market, wine & food festivals, boutiques, and terrific restaurants less than one mile away when you visit Grand Boulevard. The Golf Garden of Destin, Baytowne Golf Club, and The Links Golf Club have terrific greens to play on. Get some great Thai food such as Pad Prik, Pad Bai Kra Prow, or Pad Eggplant at Real Thai Fusion, just two-and-a-half miles away. Watch a new blockbuster movie at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, less than a mile from your front door.

The house had plenty of space, had a great kitchen, and walking distance from the beach. The house was severely outdated. I stayed at this house 11 years ago and not one thing has changed. The house needs to be updated.

The place was nice , clean and roomy. We did have a defective cable box that they didn’t resolve, so we had to trouble shoot The TV in family room is too small Especially when we were trying to watch the US open The air didn’t work for 1 1/2 day but the did repair it promptly Kitchen well stocked

This home has ample space with plenty of sleeping options. However, the rugs, carpet, and furniture are filthy and outdated. My grandchildren's bare feet were brown after walking in the house. The chairs were so worn and dirty, I didn't want to sit in them. I did like the oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator didn't work upon arrival. The maintenance staff did temporarily have it working...however it stopped again after a few days. We love Tops'l. The heated pool and tennis are wonderful in the winter months. The workout area is also great. But after renting several units there, I would say most need an update. Vacasa would benefit from setting some standards for rental units! The women's locker room at the clubhouse is also in dire need of a facelift!

Captiva Unit 33

Hi my family and I have being staying at Topsl Resorts for the last several year and most of the time at Captiva unit 33. We normal have the best time, never any complaints, however this year was disappointing. 1st the customer services were not at their best, we called out for maintenance about an issue with the refrigerator in the unit and they never show after about 4 phones call and speaking with Kim at the front desk who was willing to come see what the issue was herself, my husband and I figure it out ourselves even tho the ice maker did not work. Secondly the unit have pest issues inside and out there were roaches in the unit, they were note in the drawers in the kitchen were the silverware was, and the garage. 3rd the patio furniture was dirty with or dirty looking which made us uncomfortable and not able to enjoy the screened in patio, 3rd we were not inform about scheduled maintenance to the unit’s AC unit, guys showed the morning of a 8am and the units owner called our cellphone and told us the resort should have made us aware of this on check in. The problem is we paid a great deal of money to stay in that unit especially this year, because of the new requirements and up until this year the price was worth. Several of my family member complained about the mattress in the upstairs bedrooms stating they felt as if the were sleeping wire like maybe the mattress need changing out or something. I know this resort is under new management and with the pandemic staffing maybe in issue. But after this experience I think I would rather take our 3430.38 somewhere else, because would be ashamed to recommend Topsl Beach and Racquet Resort after this.

The spaciousness of this property. I have stayed here at least 6 times in past years with our kids and grandchildren. The location and resort amenities give everybody a variety of things to do. However this time I found the property needing some updating. The dryer was old, mold in the dishwasher and roaches in the kitchen, one bedroom and den. Other than that it was a fun time.

Loved TOPS’L, but had an issue with accommodations

We loved the size of the villa and the 3 full-size bathrooms. We enjoyed the resort services, fitness & tennis amenities. We had an issue we reported the first day about a severe cockroach infestation. They were in the pantry, refrigerator, kitchen floor, and silverware drawer. We were concerned with food safety. Took trash out immediately. On our final day the exterminator came, but sadly we had to tolerate the bugs our entire stay.

the place was perfect for our family. Loved the layout. It provided for privacy when we wanted it and for all of us to be together when we wanted to. The reservation process was perfect. We didn't know they provided a tram to the beach which was so nice. Great experience. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the wifi and cable kept going in and out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful and exactly as the pictures described

Everything was wonderful about this property, from the location to the size, and the attention to detail. I was taken back by the management company insisting that l I checked in with them in person, as it was not shared upfront. It was an inconvenience. When I inquired if the paperwork could be mailed to me, they insisted that it had to be in person. In light of Covid, I was a bit taken back by that. Other than that, things were great.

Good condo. Minimally supplied as compared with my prior VRBO’s. No instructions as to available facilities, what to do with trash, etc. when I called to ask questions, ended up with a call center that knew nothing about the facilities. Great location!!!

This property had enough space for 9 adults and 2 kids. Very clean. Loved that the tram picks you right up at the front door and takes you to the beach. Its very close by all shopping centers. Beyond our expectations. It had a lot of amenities for all ages. Definitely will book again and Definitely recommend this place.

Roomy family vacay!

When we drove into Tops’l, we immediately felt we were at our home away from home! The villa was spacious & clean! We had zero issues. The walk to the beach was further than the 3 mins on the website, but the tram made it so easy with 2 babies! We hope to make Captiva 33 our new tradition for our beach vacay stay!
