  • This fifeteenth floor condo (1503), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the most scenic views along the Emerald Coast. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom that has a king size bed, guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental. 

    Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.
