Living area has fully mirrored main wall (makes unit look extra spacious), loveseat, pull-out sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, a new 50” Vizio 1080p SMART TV, Philips DVD player, and Emerson CD/radio stereo player.

Bedrooms have generous-sized closets, 2 new Vizio 32” SMART TVs, ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and new LVP flooring. Master has a new king Beauty Rest Pressure Smart medium firm mattress; 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be moved. All bedrooms have bedside charging stations with standard plugs and USB and type C ports.

Two full bathrooms have hand-held convenience shower heads, extra bright additional lighting over sinks and tubs, and Kohler Highline (higher profile = 18” high) elongated toilets for added comfort and convenience (especially for seniors).

The kitchen area has extra bright lighting in kitchen and over kitchen bar. Microwave, 4-slice deluxe toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.

Dining area has large dining table (36” x 60”) that sits 6 persons.

Kitchen counter has 3 bar stools.

Fridge has ice maker.

Washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Patio has 4 bar-high Carolina Casual OBX luxury chairs in beautiful turquoise.
