This beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor in Edgewater and offers beautiful views of the beach, pools, and grounds. Wake in the morning to coffee on the balcony while you watch the crystal blue waters and occasional dolphin pods swim past. A short walk downstairs takes you directly to the private beach where chair service is provided for you, or grab a burger or frozen drink at the tiki bar by the pools! Walk to Austins or Surf hut for a delicious meal or utilize the fully stocked kitchen to create a masterpiece of your own with the brand new appliances, blender, crockpot, etc. all there for your use. Shop the outlets malls across the street for great prices on your favorite brands, or take a drive down scenic gulf to enjoy the views and restaurants along the way. Located near 6 beautiful state parks and right off 98 with easy access to all Destin has to offer!

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay the beach side paradise! The Edgewater Resort is really nice... Great pools and beach access. The condo was very clean and the hosts made everything extremely easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect week at the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. The property was clean and well stocked with the essentials. It was quiet and provided easy access to the private beach. The water was very clear and the perfect temperature. This condo is perfect! Has everything you need in the kitchen and the beds are comfortable. My 18 year old daughter loved the top bunks in the front room. The location is ideal. Great ocean views. Easy walk to the private beach and pools. We loved the location as it wasn't over the top touristy but an easy 25 min drive to Destin Harbor. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Beach front! Spectacular views!

Communication was great! Easy parking and in/out. Walkable to outlet mall, grocery, Surf Hut, Auston's and my favorite Skippers for fresh shrimp and scallops to cook at home. It's nice to not be in the middle of all the crazy traffic- but with that being said, my favorite Destin restaurants needed to be driven to. Overall, loved it and would stay again!!

Great place to stay

We were very impressed with the unit, building and location. We only needed to contact her once for a question and Tracy was very responsive. We plan on staying there again! My only suggestion is to add light blocking curtains to the quest room. The accent lights on that side of the building are very bright and lit up that room at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room… and pictures were exact.. so close to the beach and pools. The included beach service was great. Open line of communication with Tracy. A bad day at the beach is better than an ok day at work! Great stay despite the crazy weather-constant high winds, gale warning, tornado warning and high surf. Still love this area of FL. Our condo reservation process and communication with the owner was easy. Condo was clean and tidy.

All over 62 and found things absolutely wonderful! Weather was a bit chilly but it didn't impact our fun. Three days out of 5 on the beach. Totally enjoyed our stay and the immaculate condition of the condo and the fact that anything we needed was available. Thank you for a memorable stay.

In spite of the property construction work that was going on, my overall impression of the overall property was still good. My impression of the specific condo was also good. The condo was clean, well kept, it was comfortable and it had a great view of the beach/ocean. Lastly, the property location was great because it was close to a variety of retail shops and restaurants.

Annual Trip

The location and condo are really nice! The master bed was so comfy! The air was set to a good temp so from the moment we walked in it was a relief from the muggy Florida weather. Loved having access to the beach chairs and umbrella. The gate key and pool key are in a drawer in the kitchen. We missed that and had to deal with security when we went in and out but that was our own fault. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
