This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, 2 washer, dryers, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TVs, 2 Private Balconies, WIFI and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The four bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10.
(1) Master bedroom: A king bed. Sleeps 2
(2) 2nd bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2
(3) 3rd bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2
(4) The living room. Queen sleeper sofa. Sleep 2
(5) 4th bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2.

Please keep in mind that the maximum number of travelers is 10 with 2 sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa.

Large Italian tiles covers the entire townhouse. A few steps down from your private balcony to the deck and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 60-70 feet from the water. You can access the beach from either of the 2 balconies

The townhouse has two parking spots right in front of the unit. The parking is deep enough (about 32 feet) that two additional cars can park behind the first. However there is not enough room for 4 big SUVs (Chevy Tahoe size)

Great spot, on top the sand! Townhome was very clean and great communication from the owner. Had 8 people and it was plenty spacious. Highly reccomend for your next beach trip.

You can’t beat beach front living. And for the price, you definitely get what you pay for. It isn’t the nicest place on earth, but it’s enough to get you to and from the beach. You can tell the updates were done on a budget and it’s not huge by any means, but it was quiet and just big enough for our group. The owner was amazing to work with and his communication was impeccable. Overall it’s a decent place with beach front access so you can’t go wrong.

Great location, walk to the beach was even closer than it looks in the pictures. Space easily accommodated 4 couples and one 8 month old. Owner was very responsive with any questions/issues we had. Would definitely stay again!

The townhouse was very clean. Bizhan was easy to contact and very helpful. A few more towels & smaller spoons would have been useful. The short walkway to the beach is great, but a clearer path is needed. I realize Dunes are generally protected…. But, the pathway is very overgrown. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

First of all you cant beat the location is literally on the beach and across from the house its a gas station with small convenience store. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Great communication from the owner he will reply to you asap, strong wifi signal, bathrooms are clean and newly renovated and new deck. The house smells good and its VERY clean, the house was as advertised, AC is cold which we like! Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will be returning. FYI owner has a long list of what is expected pls read them, as long as you respect the house you will get your deposit back.

This beautiful condo is all you ever dreamed of. Not excessively frilly but very well equipped to make up to ten people comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with enough of everything to cook and serve a party of 10. The beach and surrounding area are both beautiful and serene. This beautiful green gulf shows you why they call this the Emerald Coast. I want to live here!!!! THIS IS PERFECTION FOR ME The landlord is very nice to work with and all commitments regarding deposit were met and it was fully refunded. I will be returning as soon as I can.

We chose this rental primarily because of the beachfront location and family-friendly property, and it absolutely did not disappoint in that regard. We had a wonderful week there. The owner is VERY clear about his expectations, though the very lengthy contract you must sign feels rather intimidating. I was nervous we wouldn't get our security deposit back due to the very high expectations, but we were careful to stay clean and follow the instructions, and we did get our full deposit back. The house is clean and nothing fancy (so nice for families with kids). A few things that I had wished the house would have had included and wish I would have known weren't there are: grill brush, scissors, pens, salt & pepper, knife sharpener (dozens of knives were there and all were dull), and a baking sheet (there's nothing to bake pizzas/cookies/roast veggies, etc other than one small glass baking dish).

We had an unforgettable stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach, Florida. Stepping onto the back deck, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Being steps away from the crystal-clear waters was a dream. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to relax on the beach for hours in the warm sun. Watching dolphins swim by was a highlight we’ll never forget. The nearby Whale’s Tail restaurant was fantastic for delicious meals and drinks with a Gulf view and just a few minutes walk on the beach from the house. The convenience of Circle K gas station across the street made snacks and drinks easy to grab. Exploring nearby shops, coffee spots, and even Dairy Queen within walking distance added to our enjoyment. While we encountered a minor issue with general maintenance being conducted on the roof and a parking situation with a neighbor, the homeowner’s prompt response and assurance that the issues would be resolved put us at ease. Their attentiveness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated, although neither issue impacted our overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall, this beach house exceeded all our expectations and provided us with everything we were looking for and more. The location is unbeatable, and we’ve already decided that this will be our go-to spot for future visits to Miramar Beach. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The area is nice and it is on the beach. This property is managed by the owner as opposed to being professionally managed. The property is a townhome in a building with 4 others connected. Overall the property is ok, not particularly nice but fine for a beach vacation. The interior is very dated and the furnishings likewise are nothing special, and it is very worn throughout. The furniture appears to be second hand and does not match, despite the owner claiming the items are worth thousands and thousands of dollars (in reality they seem like things you’d throw together for a few bucks from Salvation Army or something). Overpriced The real painful part is the process and dealing with the owner. He continually sends more and more “rules” for the property as you get closer to the checkin, in big long meandering emails and attachments, to the extent that it borderlines being comical. To check in you have to schedule a call with the host prior (you don’t find this out until the last minute when you’re in the middle of traveling) and are greeted at the property with yet more “rules”. The rules and postings on the property are littered with a plethora of potential opportunities for “fines” ranging from the obvious to the utterly trivial. As of this review I still have not received my deposit back despite that we cleaned it out and it looks like it did when we arrived. There are also quirks like the laundry room lights being linked to the lights on the balcony and other weird electrical issues. There are literally like 60 “rules”. Here is a sampling of the inanity: “ Toilets not flushing / draining: To clean the toilets the cleaning crew flushes it more than twice. If it is not draining due to usage then please use the plunger.” “ Please call Cox Communication if you have any problem with the internet or TV. Their number is 850.796.1269. They will test the signal and modem while you are on line with them and with you monitoring the modem.” (this ends up being a complete waste of time btw) “ No loose trash in the trash can. All trash must be bagged. All trash must be bagged. $125.00 will be deducted” Also, the internet does not work. Because the property is not professionally managed, the owner instructs you to spend hours on the phone with Cox Cable, which is a huge waste of time because you’re not authorized to speak on behalf of the account. Overall the beach is nice, the house is ok, but the owner is a huge burden to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as advertised and work perfect for our family of 9. The location was wonderful the beach right out the back door. And shopping, winery, and coffee shop within walking distance. We had a very nice relaxing and beached filled vacation!!

The outside of the property needed maintenance. Paint was peeling and the unit needed pressure washing. Lounge chairs were dirty, however outside table and chairs were clean. Outside garbage cans were overflowing on our arrival and we were expected to get can to street later in week. The interior was clean, but dated. There were no dishwashing cloths or sponges. There was a problem with dead roaches on all levels. TV remotes were not with appropriate TVs, but scattered on all levels. Unit was definitely not what was advertised. Way too many rules, and that affected our relaxation level. We will not rent from Vrbo again!

Hurricane Sally did a job on the area . This condo had rebuilt most of the beach level deck and parts of the other decks. Top two floors were in good shape, updated . Washer dryer in the old stairwell of the master so good that have that on the top floor. Downstairs is being changed from a one time one bedroom condo to a two bedroom . Newly redone bathroom . Old W/D only washes and rinses on hot and dryer is very noisy from worn rollers. Front bedroom still has a nonfunctional sink where there was a kitchen and an old wall unit even though there is central AC. Grill is on the first level deck,Kitchen on the second ?? and very steep stairs. Not much seating on deck and no tall chairs to see ocean unobstructed. No seating on beach level deck but could have been because of spring break. Only chaise on first level deck and table and 5 chairs on second deck. Everything was very clean. Good parking and close to restaurants and coffee shop. Far enough from public beach so its not crowded.

Property was exactly as described. Very conveniently located. Stepping off the bottom deck onto the sand was wonderful. The townhouse was exceptionally clean. Lots of room for a family of 9. The owner is very attentive and easy to work with. I greatly recommend this property. We had an awesome vacation.
