This spacious 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is the ideal Gulf-view getaway in Miramar Beach. This unit is located on the first floor of the right-hand building when facing the beach. Fully updated with modern finishes, the home features new granite countertops in the kitchen, baths, and wet bar, as well as updated appliances, tile, and fresh paint.
The open concept living area on the second floor is designed to maximize water views, with a 50" HDTV, DVD player, and comfortable seating. A secondary living space on the first floor provides extra room to relax, making it a great choice for families or groups.
Enjoy the sunshine from the private covered patio or take in Gulf breezes from your balcony. Thoughtful touches like books, board games, a pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates make it easy for families to feel right at home. Beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided.

For days on the sand, the unit is stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, toys, and floats—everything you need for a fun and relaxing seaside stay.
Parking:
Parking is assigned at Blue Surf Townhomes. Guests will have access to 2 assigned yellow parking spaces: #18A and #18B.
A parking tag must be displayed on the rearview mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on the property. Failure to display a tag may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. If a tag is lost, stolen, or not returned at checkout, a $25 replacement fee per tag will be charged to the reservation on file.
Please note: RVs, trailers, and overflow parking are not permitted within the community.

Pet Policies:
Pets are welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet. Up to 3 pets are allowed per stay, each weighing 60 lbs. or less. Pets must remain on a leash while outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and removing all pet items before departure.
Other details to note:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at the front entrance (Ring doorbell).
An outdoor storage area with beach supplies (chairs, cooler, toys, and floats) is available for your use during your stay.
Trash Instructions: Please empty all trash, including any items from the pantry and refrigerator, before departure. A community dumpster is located in the far-right corner of the complex.
Additional Instructions: Please run the dishwasher with any used dishes prior to departure.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
