We have a new Ultraviolet AC system, Dehumidifier and an Eden Pure air purifier for fresh purified air. “Silver Sands” at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. This 1st floor unit is the Ultimate in convenience, park next to your sliding glass doors to the living room for jumping in your car or for loading and unloading. Designated Beach Access is only about 50 yds. from your outside balcony to get to be down on the beach with sand between your toes! Large pool available with hot tub.
Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
For your comfort we now have a brand new 'Stearns & Foster' mattress.

We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

Our unit is comfortable, convenient and clean, and we have recently done a number of updates:

• New full flow chlorine-eliminator shower head in bath for a great

Very clean, and close to the beach. Owner was very easy to deal with, and responded fast. Has everything you need to enjoy your time, and we had no issues at all. Will definitely return.

Labor Day family vacation

Paul was an excellent host. Great location just a short walk to beach and places to eat! Could use some new linens though. Sheets were stained a bit. Overall a great spot!

We enjoyed our stay at gulf view ! Master bed very comfortable and bunks in hallway very roomy. Beach access very convenient and chairs and umbrellas provided. Ground level unit was a plus so convenient to walk to beach within minutes. Condo was clean and ready a few hours prior to check in and Paul called to let us know!

Our trip was absolutely perfect. The only problem we had was when you come off 98 it wants you to go through a gated community to get the location. That’s not necessary. Go up to driftwood and turn. This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy for our family. I was very nervous when I realized we had to cross the road to get to the water but it actually turned out to be the best beach spot. The traffic in this area wasn’t terrible and to get to the beach was easy peezy. This will forever be our go to spot when we go to Destin. Our host was incredible and answered every text question we had within mind. I wish I could give more stars. Oh the pool in the back was absolutely perfect on those double red flag days.

Bluest waters I ever seen

Great vacation!

Had a wonderful time and this condo met all of our needs! Thanks to Paul’s wife for making sure the condo was cleaned when we arrived due to issues with the cleaning people. The only problem I had was that the pool beside our condo was locked on several occasions which meant the other pool was too full to get in. Overall a great time was had and plan to come back again!

Panhandle stay

Overall view property was nice. The unit had the furniture in it that looked like it had been there from when purchases,’. No storage place couch/sleep sofa was very difficult to get out of and mattress in bed was old. And there was bugs around exterminator came twice.

Great Location but a few things to ponder

In general our stay was good. Walk to the beach was about 50 ft, have to cross the road to the gate. The Apt is Small but Clean and Price made it worth while. OK so I will go over the not so great. the door had a gap underneath which I believe led to the Main bedroom being Damp due to the Humidity.. the carpet and bedding constantly felt Wet..! this made it difficult to sleep in. There was only "1" trash bag and it was in the can for kitchen trash... 1 Small closet in bedroom with 3 hangers- we had to go buy hangers and trash bags. The water pressure was terrible first half of the week.. the Management did have work done on the lines toward the end of the week which DID HELP Tremendously. There really isnt anywhere to sit outdoors unless you go to the pool, the 1Fl units have a small porch but they are blocked by parking and the AIR Units are literally Right there so its LOUD and they blow HOT HOT Air.. I didnt see Anyone sit outside on the porches all week, and its totally understandable. All in All it was a good place, just a few Blah things.

Awesome location! Gotta say for a first time to florida this was a great family location and the condo is in a great family complex! The kids met lots of friends and we met some other families. Will highly recommend this unit. The unit itself was really nice and had all the amenities needed for a long stay! Owner had good communication. Check in and check out are super easy! Will definitely be back!
