This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will meet all your vacation needs! Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 1214's beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you'll be able to relax at the community's private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You'll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Maravilla 1214 is the perfect vacation destination for you and your family!

This is located in the first building the second floor. Maravilla is beginning a construction project in August 2024 running through May 2025 to recoat the walkways and the balconies. The balcony may be closed from August 19th 2024 to April 2nd 2025. There will be loud walkway demolition work from October 14th to November 11th, 2024, but the building will remain open. The building will be closed from April 12th to April 19th, 2025, with contingency dates from May 10th to May 17th, 2025.

It's fully furnished and makes a wonderful spot to share meals, a game, or simple relaxation in the sun. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with seating for six. Additional seating for three is located at the breakfast bar. Both are comfortably spaced and suited to meet seating needs for all your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your own vacation home.

The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony accessibility, and a full private master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed, and it's just a few steps from the guest bathroom. That bathroom is easily accessible to everyone in the home.

Beautiful property

It was a beautiful place. The condo was clean and very spacious. We loved the location because it was close to all shopping centers and restaurants. Would love to make a return trip for our next family vacation.

Fun Fall Break '24

Unfortunately, our stay was cut shirt by almost two days due to hurricane Helene. Up to that point, it was a great trip. This is probably our families 9th time staying at a Marra villa unit, and we have no reasons to complain about this unit.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice. Great location! The only issue was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and contacting the main office, it took a little while to receive a call back. No major issues though and We will definitely be back!

Fourth of July holiday

Great location, and the Beach Service was fantastic! Family of four (with two tween/teen boys) staying for the 4th of July holiday week. We used the pool a lot and tried out the pickleball courts. Had a maintenance issue with a lanai door the first day there, and contact with the manager was smooth and efficient, with a repair person there shortly after my call. Condo was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but I do wish they would leave some seasonings in the cabinet. The welcome boxes contained enough supplies to get us through the entire week on dishes and trash bags, which was a plus.

Excellent Get A Way

Everything was PERFECT! Location, cleanliness, extra towels, all the kitchen was fully stocked with more dishes than you could possibly use. There was beach accessories available for use. It was very cozy and perfect for our group of cheerleaders who traveled down for a cheer competition! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great location for family

The location is great! Right across the street from the ocean, 5 minute walk tops. Heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball hoop and pavillion all in a central location. There is also a big yard for other yard games. Lots to do when you need a break from the beach.

Excellent stay!

The property was immaculate & easy to check in/out. The little starter packets of kitchen & bath products was an extra nice touch! I’ve stayed in MANY rentals and I don’t think I’ve ever seen that. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves, individually or together. We especially enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. It was a pretty short walk to the private beach, and although the property came with 2 beach chairs, the beach included a paid service with chairs & umbrellas, if you prefer not to carry your own stuff. The pool out front was nice too. Would definitely stay here again & with this rental company if we come back to this area!

Nice place

The unit is located on the second floor at the very end which is great because no one walks by. There is an outside balcony overlooking a nearby neighborhood and that was a pleasant place to sit and eat. The unit is a little dated but was fine for our stay. You can hear noise from the unit above, it must have tile floors but for the most part that didn't bother us. There are no provisions in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper, so remember to bring your own. There are two pools in the complex, the one in the back also has a hot tub which was just lovely. Good location with ample parking. Overall a nice stay.

Family Getaway

This condo had a great location to the beach and beach chairs and an umbrella, which was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the unit was very clean. The only downside was the fitness room was disappointing, we had a couple of runners who were hoping to run on the treadmills and the fitness room was hot and muggy and the treadmills were not working properly so they were unable to do that. Overall, great trip and we were happy with the condo and the smooth process to check in and out.
