Discover our cozy beach hideaway and make it your own escape! Enjoy gorgeous direct gulf views from Maravilla 2202 of the surf, a beautiful sunrise, or a romantic sunset from the balcony with access through the living room or master bedroom. Take a short walk to our private beach which includes complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. This 2BD/2BA is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with your comfort in mind.

Our condo has been renovated from top to bottom! It includes a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances with increased storage. Newly tiled floors throughout the living room, kitchen and bathrooms with brand new vanities. The bedrooms are complete with brand new pillow top mattresses to ensure it feels like you never left the comfort of your own bed. The newly remodeled unit is complete with a modern beachy rustic decor.

The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Conveniences include a fully-equipped kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer in unit. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, DVD/VCR and stereo.

The unit is conveniently located across from the elevators and stairwell for direct access to the to the beach. We are centrally located to Highway 98 for easy access to shopping, dining and family activities.

Maravilla Beach Resort offers a private 2.5 acres of beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with great amenities for the entire family. Amenities include: two pools (one seasonally heated), whirlpool, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness/exercise room, clubhouse, BBQ Grills, and large parking area. This is a family complex with plenty of green space for play.

It is just minutes away from some of the best shopping and restaurants ranked in Emerald Coast Magazine 2010 edition and golf at Regatta Bay ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Great location!

Overall a great condo and location. The condo lived up to the photos and reviews. Just a couple of minor suggestions would be a new trash can in the kitchen area because it was almost impossible to easily replace the bag. Basic necessities such as hand soap and additional trash bags should be available to the customer. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in March, it was quite busy with spring break, I would avoid this time in the future. It is a beautiful view of the gulf! Very comfortable beds and couch and nicely decorated. It could use a bigger tv for the size living room would be our biggest complaint. We had a very nice stay and would come back again.

Softball Nationals Family Visiting

We were there for the week for softball nationals in Ft. Walton. The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit with 5 people. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the view of the ocean is spectacular! The owners were always in contact prior to and during our visit if needed! We will definitely visit this condo again when coming to this area!

Wonderful Stay

This condo is great! It is just as described, with everything you need and also beautiful! This is our second year staying here and we love it! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a great location! We also love that the owners include the umbrella and chair rental! This is our favorite time of year to go…the water was so clear and the weather was perfect! We will be back again!

Miramar Beach Maravilla Property

Our stay at this property was exceptional. We thought the location was great and enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was great. It was nice to be able to see and hear the waves of The Gulf of Mexico. It was truly the Emerald Coast while we were there. This condo was exceptional.

Beautiful family vacation with stunning view

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee every morning in the balcony with the stunning view of the emerald gulf. We were very happy that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The owners were very responsive to our requests prior to our visit. I highly recommend this unit. Very Pet Friendly & Great View!

The condo was very nice. The view was great. The unit was clean and quiet (windows and doors had excellent sound proofing). The host was friendly and helpful. The people staying at the complex were very nice, and our lab enjoyed meeting the many well-behaved dogs there. All in all, we had a good time. The only minor suggestion would be a firmer couch and/or a reading type chair.

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I loved it. The place was very clean. I didn’t know about crossing the street to go to the beach but it was great! It wasn’t a long walk at all. I loved being able to see the beach and people cruising the strip at the same time. Highly recommend!

Great Time on the Emerald Coast

Very nice condo. The updated Kitchen was excellent. The b eds were very comfortable. The condo is in a great location within the complex, very close to the stairs and elevator. Awesome View. We could see Dolphins from the balcony. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the people and pets go by. Maravilla is good choice. Very clean, nice pools, lots of space. It also well lit at night in case your pet gets up at 2:30 am to go out. Owners were great, very good communication, everything went as smooth as silk, hope to stay there again.

Beautiful View!!!!!!

Our family loves Miramar Beach!!! This condo was perfect. The views were breath taking. You can see the ocean from the living room and bedroom. We saw dolphins swimming and playing from balcony. There were four of us staying for a week. The living room was so comfortable. I loved the sectional couch. It was perfect. Lots of room. The balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. It is so close to the beach. The property was very clean and we felt so safe walking our sweet dog in the middle of the night. We will definitely pick this condo for our next family vacation!! During our stay we had to reach out to Randy the property owner. He responded so quick. He went above and beyond during our stay to make sure everything was GREAT!! My husband, our daughter, son in-law and I absolutely loved our stay!! We are planning our next trip!!!!!!!

Condo was very clean and fully equipped. Nicely decorated with new appliances. View was about as good as you can get without being directly on the beach. Having the elevator right outside the door was a plus for my elderly father and dog. The complex was very well kept and pool and grilling area was very nice. The beach and weather could not have been any better! A few things I would like to see is for the beds to be updated. They were comfortable but squeaky. Would also like to see a plug in station for electric golf carts. Also parking was a little bit of s problem. Maybe at least one assigned parking spot per unit would help. Overall, our vacation was wonderful and we would definitely return and recommend this property to friends and family. Especially those vacationing with pets. PERFECT Florida Vacation

We had the best time at this beautiful condo. BEAUTIFUL VIEW saw dolphins everyday, it's a hop skip and a jump to the private beach(with chairs and umbrella! ) we walked the white sandy beach, had great dinners overlooking the gulf and sunset prepared by us at the poolside grills on location, VERY pet friendly location and such a joy to be able to bring our pet, we all enjoyed people watching from the best seat in the house(our balcony) waking up to a cup of coffee looking out to see puffy white clouds, blue skies and enerald green waters. Easy access to the second floor by stairs or conveniently located elevator (for my elderly mother) just outside of our condo door. Had fun coctails and seafood appetizers on the beach at pompano joes(within walking distance) and kenny D's for beers a laid back atmosphere with fun music and comfortable outdoor patio. Had an excellent dine in dinner at Captain Daves (my snapper was AWESOME) at a table overlooking the gulf. Spent all of our time at Miramar Beach this quaint and cozy town has everything you need. We did hop into destin to check out Gator Beach and that was fun too. Condo was clean beautiful and in my opinion the best location for everything, the owners were very responsive. Grocery store is very close to get your essentials. Overall rating is A+ we are already planning our return
