  • Majestic Sun 304B is a newly renovated, stunning, Gulf-view deluxe beach condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. Located directly across from the beach on the third floor, and sleeps a total of 8. This vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


    Upon entering this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath deluxe beach view vacation rental condo, you will find an updated, comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The new queen sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HDTV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk plus a twin trundle bed with an HDTV and attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 8.


    At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


    We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


    *Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.


    **25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Great View!!! Condo was just like the pictures and fully stocked. Just a short 2 min walk across the street to the beach and several restaurants walking distance to the condo. Check in and out process simple.

Majestic Sun

Our room was very nice, completely updated with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The washer and dryer in the unit definitely needs an upgrade, very musty smelling and old. The pool definitely needs to be cleaned, always had dirt and debris floating and the tiles were grimy and needed a good scrubbing. The outside pool was also very chilly, too cold for young children.

not as expected

no closet space , few drawers. the location was great condo was clean . washer did not work properly. maintenance request sent . still waiting on part for washer at check out. if your looking for great location this place is great . but no closet space made it very messy

Snowbird Rental Unit 304B

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the unit is appointed very nice. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated, and the unit was very clean, and equipped well (kitchen, beach items, etc.) This was our second year spending the winter months (10 weeks) in this unit, and the living room furniture is already broken down and stained. One big downside is there was no lounge chair (as in the past) on the balcony, and the smell of natural gas from the pool heater is so strong on certain days that you cannot sit on the balcony, or have the patio doors open. The response of on site Glass Casa Management to issues we raised was poor. We had issues with getting our parking pass, and once that was resolved (by us, and at our expense) we had to contact the office personnel 3 times to get reimbursed. Upon our arrival we immediately contacted the office on 1/2/23 about the lack of a layout lounge chair on our balcony, which had been there the year before. We were told that they would contact the owner and see if one could be gotten. We were there until 3/10/23 and still did not get a response to our inquiry, even after speaking to three different people, Heather, Marty, and Jason. We received different answers from each person both verbally and via text, and it was never resolved. Because of the difficulty of dealing with staff, and lack of response to our issues/requests, plus much higher rental costs than other similar units, we regrettably chose to rent with another agency in 2024. We have been customers of Destin Palms, and then Glass Casa for 7 years but could not justify the premium cost that were knew we were paying, coupled with the lack of response from their on site personnel.

The condo was very clean and just next to the ocean. Highly recommend this property.

Rent A Golf Cart

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and had stylish decor. King bed was not comfortable. Felt like you were going to roll off and this was on both sides. AC cooled the place well. Location was ok if you don’t mind noise. The traffic along scenic 98 was noisy. That being said, it is convenient to some eateries, and shops. We really enjoyed the golf cart because you can drive it on scenic 98. We went for coffee at Badass coffee every morning. If you have any physical limitations, the walk to the beach is not easy. The steps down to the beach are very steep and it’s a long walk across the sand to the umbrella and chairs setup. I do recommend renting those as well. The pool is small for such a large building and it was always packed. The June Grass was horrible in the gulf for almost the whole week. Research it. It’s nasty. That’s nature and can’t be helped but if you book in June, just know it could be present. One more thing about Majestic Sun, there never seemed to be anyone working the front desk. That was frustrating. We love Destin, and have stayed at several different complexes. We will probably pass on Majestic Sun next trip and book something directly on the beach.

Reviewer Comments: This was my first stay at Majestic Sun and my first booking with Glass Casa and they were so nice and professional everyone in the office were so friendly and attentive made me feel so comfortable being there . We needed batteries for the remote they immediately came to bring them one day I went to the office to ask for toilet paper cause we ran out and they gave it to me they couldn’t be nicer always a smile on their face . The unit was like new so clean and spacious and nicely decorated I would stay here again . I really do like this whole resort area the Seascape properties are nice .

Love Majestic Sun

We are just departing after a week long stay. We have visited Destin multiple times and stayed at Majestic Sun every time, each time in a different condo. The location is perfect, accessibility to the beach is perfect, the pool area is wonderful and the beach is gorgeous and well maintained. We really liked 304B and would definitely stay again. Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. This was the lowest floor we stayed on and with the master bedroom on the front there was some noise from the road when trying to go to bed. The only other issue was the upper bunk bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Other than those minor issues, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back. A few restaurant recommendations-Buffalo Jacks has the best wings in the world, Whales Tail is a must have and Another Broken Egg Cafe was awesome for breakfast/brunch.
