The living area is furnished with comfort in mind, and features a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. There is a stackable washer/dryer and WIFI is complimentary.

Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. There is a nearby fitness center at Grand Boulevard that is available at an additional cost. Tops'l Resort also has its own beach service (chairs & umbrellas) available for guests to rent. *Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
