  • This condo has been completely renovated in 2021! It features Italian faux hardwood tile throughout the living area and tile throughout the condo. The condo sleeps 6 with a king sized bed in the master bedroom; a queen and a twin in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Delightful accents adorn this condo, like a shiplap wall in the guest bedroom, a ledgestone accent wall in the kitchen and a penny round wall in the hall to enhance the minimalist, beach, chic vibe of this condo. All appliances, finishes and surfaces are brand new. Gorgeous granite in bathrooms and kitchen. The condo boasts Amish-made and imported from Ohio cabinetry throughout. Condo has new, full size washer and dryer. There is a 65 inch TV in the living area and large TVs in both bedrooms. The view is magnificent, the location is close to the beach and overlooks the pools. Snowbirds must rent for January and February to rent for the first part of March. WILL NOT DO ANY NON SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS!

Overall, this was a nice condo! We found it at the absolute last minute after our original reservation was canceled by another booking agent the day before our flight. We honestly thought our trip was ruined, but this condo ended up providing exactly the beach experience we had been hoping for in Destin.The beds were comfortable, the ocean view was beautiful, the property was quiet, and the gym was a nice bonus.Our main complaints were relatively minor. Checkout is at 9:00 a.m., but we were locked out before 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. The front door also does not have a deadbolt, which would have provided some added peace of mind. Finally, there is quite a bit of paint and other storage items tucked away throughout the condo. Some of it is even visible under the master bed without having to look for it, which takes away from the otherwise clean appearance.If those few issues were addressed, we would have gladly given this property five stars across the board.
