This is the second time we stay at this property… Love the location, enjoy the walk out patio and beautiful views from the Hugh picture window and sliding doors. The place is very well decorated and stocked with all essentials.

Very nice unit. Did not realize there was underground parking. Parking spaces very tight. Great Samsung TV but remote right arrow button did not work. Also Cox remote was just flakey. Had trouble getting back to live TV guide.Refrigerator filters need to be replaced.

Disappointing amenities

The condo was spacious and had a nice location on property, but it was not very clean. It felt like the floors and carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. Additionally, there was no hand soap or laundry detergent. Lastly, the check in process and instructions for finding the condo on the Grand Destin property were very confusing. I've just had a lot of better experiences at other owner locations and think this was disappointing.

This unit has the potential to be a 10/10 but I hate that this was not our experience. It has normal wear and tear which was not an issue but the unit was dirty. I have 3 small children so I had to spend 1/2 day cleaning and disinfecting just to feel comfortable staying in our room. The bedding was terrible, I would not say this room comfortably accommodates more than 2 people unless upgrades are made. The bedding that is provided for the pull out mattress and master bed is not suitable for use.

This was a perfect fit for my family of four. If you’re looking for privacy but still close to Baytowne Wharf, look no further! The private patio was great! It was bigger than I thought it would be for a 1 bedroom. The bed and pull out sofa slept well and the unit was clean. We would stay here again.

Perfect stay in Sandestin

This corner unit has a lovely private courtyard and is steps away from the Grand Sandestin resort style pool. It is also a very short walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. My kids loved playing at the pool and enjoying all of the fun activities in the Village. The unit was clean, attractive, and well-furnished, exactly as described. Thank you for a great stay!

Anniversary Get Away

Most everything advertized about the property was true. It did have a private courtyard! Mins. to pool,dining,shopping & nightlife. However the unit was not very clean, the floors were covered in sand, the shower curtain was dirty, the living room curtains and bedroom curtains were partially hanging. Over all it was ok.

Area is fantastic (beach and village wharf). Likes how there were multiple rooms as opposed to one large area with 2 beds like some of the other VRBOs in this complex. The condo itself was really nice but it needed some TLC. Floors were really dirty and bathroom railings would fall off since they were installed well.

Two night getaway

The condo is a perfect size for a small family. I loved how cute it was decorated and how it was fully stocked with the private washer and dryer. You absolutely cannot beat the location to the pool and restaurants, it really is a lovely place. Dislikes: We couldn’t park in the parking garage due to having a car topper, so it was a hike to unload and get to the condo with luggage for check in. Also, the bedroom desperately needs a new mattress and pillows. It felt like sleeping in a hole and just very thin and squeaky.

Great Property/ Great Stay!

Booked this place for my sons baseball tournament and was hesitant because of distance to park but I am glad I did. The host is very responsive. This place is as described and super convenient to a ton of restaurant options and right next to the pool. If looking for a place in destin/sandestin will def look to rebook.
