This bayside gem can sleep 4-6 comfortably, making this the perfect spot for small families, couples, and friend groups looking to enjoy everything the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® has to offer. The main living space is an open concept floor plan with full kitchen, dining area (4 person table + barstools), and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including a coffee maker and Keurig for your convenience. The living room features a flat screen smart TV and two queen sleeper sofas. With neutral tones and large windows filling the space with natural light, you’ll feel welcomed and rested from the moment you walk in. From the main living space, access your private balcony featuring views of the golf course and that lush Florida landscaping. This is the place to start your day or finish out the evening.

When it comes to sleeping, you’ll feel right at home in this cozy suite. The master features a king bed, large windows, flat screen smart TV, and USB docking station for charging devices. The en suite bath, also accessible from the front hallway, has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The bathroom also abuts the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer for beach gear and longer stays.

After a great night’s sleep, head downstairs to the community pool, jump on the resort tram and spend your day at the Gulf of Mexico or walk over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for food and fun! Located minutes from your rental door, this open air marketplace has something for everyone.

Very nice area like its own community and condo was very nice and comfortable for our Week stay , comfortable bed, lines and pillows too ! We appreciated the Tram to and from the beach with not a long wait to and from , the condo had everything g you needed and nice balcony view , only thing i recommend is new patio furniture for the chairs have a low back with no support for neck and upper back , I recommend a lounger with padded chairs and table . That’s all other than that it’s perfect !

Nice one bedroom for couple or small family

This condo was nicely furnished. Blackout curtains on the large windows were a big plus to keep out the early morning summer sun. The condo had both a standard pull out sofa bed as well as a futon couch that pulled out for an extremely nice bed to provide 2 extra beds. The king bed was comfortable and was in a private bedroom. I especially liked that the large bathroom had plenty of towels and was accessible by a door from both the bedroom and the living room. The showerhead was nice with plenty of hot water for 4 showers. It was a tub/shower combo but was adequate. The kitchen was equipped with most items. The ice maker was quick to make ice and the oven/stove worked well. The coffeemaker was a combo standard pot/single cup keurig. The condo supplied a starter set of supplies for both bathroom and kitchen. The summer heat made the balcony too hot to enjoy. But it would be comfortable and pleasant in milder weather. There is no outdoor fan. Both bedroom and living room had ceiling fans which is a plus. The temperature seemed to regulate well, however the bedroom seemed a bit warmer with the door closed. The management company was quick to respond when I requested extra sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. The parking was a bit confusing initially since we were unfamiliar with the Sandestin wharf area. The parking garage is actually next to the Hotel Effie, and you just need to pay attention to the signage. You enter by showing the access code provided on your phone.

Great Condo / Horrible Parking

Our condo was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom...not to mention beach supplies and a washer & dryer in the unit. The only horrible downfall was the hellalious parking garage. The spaces were extremely tight and when you come back past 10pm you may very well not have a parking space. We paid for a condo and a few nights had to park so far away to get to it. The parking was not favorable to my partner and I considering we both are disabled veterans. We did however appreciate the excellent customer service and beautiful unit. We have been a huge fan of Sandestin for years, so naturally we will be back but probably will not stay on the Grand Sandestin property due to our parking experience.

Lacks cleaning and maintenance

We booked this condo in particular (over the other Elation condos listed) because of the beach closet, we didn’t see in the pictures or descriptions much changes from the others besides that. When we arrived at the property, the apartment showed signs of lack of upkeep in several places. Kitchen lamps were covered with dust, several furniture pieces were chipped, the light color sleeper couch had several stains, one covering the whole seating area. The kitchen sink had a rim of mold between the sink and the granite, one of the balcony chairs was missing its cushion. The owner provides sheets for the bed and the sleeper couch but no comforters or blankets. The property advertises for 2 sleeper couches, I tried to pull the gray sleepe couch to try to convert it into a bed, and to my surprise it has a secret drawer which was full of dirt, hair, feathers, some paper and a product that was left behind and never cleaned up. Inside the beach closet, one of the beach chairs was rusted and broken. The bathroom curtain also needs some washing or replacing as the ends are looking red/moldy. The apartment had the basic necessities for our 4 night stay but definitely needs some upkeep, as mentioned before. The condo is located in Sandestin which is a wonderful community and you can drive your car or use the community shuttle to go to the beach. We loved the location but will definitely not be returning to 5414

Most Enjoyable Location and Condo

Relaxed on the balcony in the morning enjoying the quiet, watching birds and also enjoyed watching golfers throughout the day. Walked to Baytowne Wharf every day for pickleball and restaurants. Condo is modern, clean, nicely furnished and very comfy. Would definitely return.

Vacation with the wife

My wife and I always come to SanDestin and n September for a getaway vacation. This is our first time in the Elation building. This property was great. One of our best experiences at the resort. The condo was great. Very nicely laid out. Nice and clean. We really enjoyed our time. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. I would recommend some slightly more comfortable patio chairs. But that is only a mere suggestion. Nothing I would complain about. This was the first time that parking codes worked without flaw in our last four years at this resort. Bravo to that. The check in process was easy and flawless. Same goes for the checkout. I would recommend staying here for sure. Lee hope to use the his same property again and again.

Great location, quiet building

Unit was clean and spacious. Very quiet, on a golf course. Pool was close, but far enough to not hear the activity from the condo. Checking in at the desk of the other building was not entirely clear, nor was access to amenities. Would have been nice to have a map of the property in the unit.

Birthday Getaway

First time visiting the Destin Fl area and it was amazing. This condo was in the perfect location within close proximity to everything. The beach access across the street was our favorite. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice

The condo looked just like the pictures. The living room and bathroom were very open and spacious! The app we had to download showed us restaurants that we could get a discount at and the condo offered us a lanyard with a card to get that discount however some of the restaurants would not honor the discount which was annoying (hammerhead Fred’s)😂 the door to the balcony would not lock which is a safety issue, and one of the outlets on the right side of the bed did not work. But other than that the location was great, the pool was huge and the hot tub was nice to relax in. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and water activities to keep you entertained where you don’t have to get out and drive anywhere. The bed was nice and comfortable. The only thing I wish this condo would’ve had is a Netflix option on the tv for whenever we were rained in. We would definitely stay again!

5414 Condo

Everything was easy from check in to check out. Great property amenities. Peaceful and plenty to do. Only one issue but will be bringing to manager's attention.

Hurricane Ida

The dreary, rainy weather with flash flood and tornado warnings hindered our stay. We were unable to use the pool, beach or enjoy the Wharf. Would love to come back when weather conditions were better at a discounted rate. Thank you!
