Luxury stay

From the time you open the door until you tour all 3 stories, this house is beautiful & very clean. We had 11 adults & 3 children ages 2 years to 10 years old & everyone was comfortable & could go to their own private space when needed. Approx 1/4 easy mile walk to beach with a private gated entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with an awesome ice maker!! Beds very comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Golf cart so fun to ride around. Close to Pompano Joe's which serves delicious food. Theyre seafood nachos were great! Pool & hot tub were awesome & we had a blast visiting in & around pool.

Birthday Celebration Getaway

The house was fantastic and fit all of our vacation needs to a "T". Although we made it work having 5 families there we wish we had a bit more parking as only 4 cars could park but that was minor considering all of the other amenities. The bunk rooms were a perfect fit as we had 4 girls and 7 boys and having large bunks worked great. When 20+ people need to eat in one place, the kitchen cooking area and seating was fabulous. Little things like a separate ice maker and even a second kitchen up on the third floor really worked well. It was sooooo helpful not having to lug pool toys with us to the home since the home was very adequately outfitted.

Large family gathering of 17. House was perfect. Everyone had their own space while enjoying the community of being together in one house. The property was clean and well maintained and had convenient access to the beach with the use of the golf cart but also within walking distance.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations. The communication before and during was A+. It was bright and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to comfortably cook for 15 people. The bedrooms are huge, king suites with large bathrooms. The bunk rooms are full size beds. TV’s in every room and the kids loved the arcade games. If anyone is “uncomfortable” in this home they have a problem 😂. The pool area was wonderful after coming back from the beach. Lots of amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants, etc.) The golf cart was amazing for shuttling everyone back and forth to the beach. Don’t hesitate to book, I promise you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

The communication when it come to this property from start to finish was outstanding. Very quick to respond. What you see with the pictures is exactly what you get. The pool and the jacuzzi was worth paying extra for the heat. The location was the best. The beds were firm and comfortable, enough kitchen supplies to accommodate a fully house, the grill works beautifully. My favorite part was the screened in porch. I’m definitely coming back. Walking distance to the beach as well. You would not be disappointed…. Everything was beautiful for me and my BSP Family…. We’ll be back

I would give it 10 STARS if I could. Everyone has a Private Bathroom. So many bedrooms. So many luxury amenities. It was more than expected. The hot tub, the pool, the kitchen, the coffee bar, the laundry room, the mattresses, the TVs, the video games, and the upstairs private suite area, was high quality and better than I ever imagined. Thank you so much for this beautiful place to spend our vacation.

We had an absolute blast while in Destin and a huge part was this house and the host, Ryan. The house has everything to truly feel at maximum vacation (beautiful pool, hot tub, incredibly comfortable beds, high end kitchen options and the list goes on...). The golf cart was clutch to transport everyone and everything down to the beach (about three blocks away). My family and I are already looking at booking our next stay because we had such a great time. Ryan was welcoming & was a text away to answer any questions. Beyond 5 stars!!

Great Pool Area

Pool area was great,with the screened porch providing a nice "in between" space while drying off The house was very nice and suitable for family casual living. But, it was difficult for some in party to manage getting around between the three floors, even families with toddlers. The on site high chair and baby gate was definitely a plus.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. It would have been nice to have the bathroom linens already distributed to all the bathrooms so we didn't have to carry towels between floors for the initial setup. .Unlike the site photo showing undeveloped land adjacent to the house,it is definitely completely built out all around the property. We had an issue with noisy neighbors next door after midnight one night. Had to finally complain to local authorities. Parking was somewhat limited considering how large the house was and how many families would be staying there.

Family trip

First night we were at the house the property DIRECTLY (houses are so close) behind had a VERY loud karaoke party. It was not enjoyable in our pool or hot tub. I asked property manager if this was allowed by HOA but got no response to this question. House was beautiful and seemed high end but most things were not high end. The appliances in the kitchen were the worst we’ve ever used. Trying to cook the kids chicken in the oven for lunch took 3 times as long as usual. One fan in the living room didn’t work and one fan on the patio didn’t work. After waiting a day we did get a box fan from property manger to put by the grill outside. We had one bathroom that the toilet would randomly stop filling with water, so we had to take the back off and move float to get water to fill so we could flush. The front doorknob kept falling off. We had a circuit blow 3 times from watching TV, running living room fan, and using Kurig at the same time. Also had circuit blow in a bathroom from using a blow dryer. Most of the house seemed pretty clean but the floors were FILTHY. Everyone’s feet were black after walking around. I didn’t like how much the guest were responsible for when checking out. This is the first time I’ve had to strip sheets and pillowcases off beds and clean and PUT AWAY all dishes. Be sure to allow yourself extra time the morning of check out, because it takes some time doing that for kids and elderly parents if you have any. Seems like the cleaning fee would at least cover clean floors since guest do so much before leaving home. It was also strange the top patio had no furniture. You couldn’t even sit out there. We were also surprised by a new house being built RIGHT next door . You could almost touch it from the yard it was so close. They started work very early too( like 7am). This house did work for us and we had a good stay but I would not stay again.

Amazing 4th of July

My family and I had a wonderful stay during 4th of July week. Communication was wonderful. Any concerns we had were taken care of quickly. Miramar Beach is also close to great restaurants and shopping.

Roomy Home

We loved the idea that it could accommodate us so well. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bath. Actually the big pool and hot tub was what sold us on this rental. We did have some issues with the hot tub as far as the jets and heating which property manager got back with us after a few days. There seems to be some confusion with this rental as to needing to tell them specifically that you want the jets and heat on for the hot tub. Anytime we have ever rented a vacation home with a hot tub before that was a given. What’s a hot tub without heat? Just wanted to let others know who may be renting this in the future. Another discrepancy was the bath towels. There was suppose to be two per person which upon arrival we were 6 short. We did contact property manager who told me they figure 1 1/2 towel per person. 🤔 He did come and give us what we were missing promptly. There were some maintenance issues that needed attention which we told the property manager and hopefully they were taken care of when we left. Overall we did enjoy being here.

Great Home!

We loved our vacation in this home. The property was beautiful. The beach was a short ride from the home. The pool was amazing and very toddler friendly! The interior of the home was spacious and beautiful! Just a couple of quick notes: 1. The listing led us to believe that pool heat was an additional charge, but the hot tub heat was included. The property manager made good on that miscommunication, but renter be aware of this! 2. The breaker for the outlet at coffee bar would trip when we turned on the provided Keurig. Not sure what was happening there, and there wasn’t time for an electrician to come out during our stay. 3. The home boasts 8 bath, but it’s really 7.5 bath. 5 king masters, 1 king bed sharing a hall bath with bunk rooms on the 3rd floor, and a hall bath on the 2nd floor for the bunk room. 4 of the bathrooms have tub/showers, convenient for toddler baths. The other 3 are showers only. Overall: would recommend and would return!

House was perfect. Pool was big compared to most we have stayed in. House was very clean, plenty of bath towels. Perfect for large groups. The only downside is the beach access. There are stairs instead of a ramp so not easy to carry things to the beach or use a wagon.

Nice Property

This property has 6 king bedrooms, all but one of which has a private bathroom. The third floor king bedroom shares a bath with the smaller of the two bunk rooms. The second floor bunk room has a nearby bath and has eight full mattresses. The house is nearly new and very clean. Our group of 11 adults and six children had lots of room. to be able to sit in groups or find a. private space. The refrigerator on the third floor helped with our overflow. We asked to have both refrigerators cold when we arrived, as they are typically turned off between guests for cleaning and may not be cooled again when you arrive. The management accommodated our request, and we were able to unload our coolers, and food that arrived from a caterer, immediately. We only had one problem. (an issue with the washing machine) and it was handled within 24 hours, so we were pleased. Everything else worked well and went well. We could either walk to the beach (which is very crowded and parking is tight) or take the golf cart. Members of our family mostly opted to walk (about 20 min) but you have a. choice. Overall, a very nicely furnished house in a nice area with very responsive management! Good stay!
