The wide living area and the dining area are both adjacent to the patio, which features a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the tennis courts. Show off your cooking skills by preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. You also can enjoy all the amenities this marvelous, beach abode has to offer during your vacation at this Resort which includes pools, a fitness room, hot tub, restaurants, and tennis courts.

This location is perfect whether for those looking forward to trying endless outdoor activities or spending the day shopping and beachcombing. Visit Coffeen Nature Preserve (less than one mile away) and explore one of the four hiking trails or spend the day at the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which offers outdoor activities that include fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, and swimming. This resort is close to the Emerald Coast Parkway, which will lead you to Miramar Beach, only two miles west. Our recent stay at a Vacasa property was unfortunately impacted by an ongoing issue with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi. When we arrived, the home was 78 degrees inside and the AC would not turn on. We also couldn’t access the internet. We reached out immediately, and to Vacasa’s credit, someone came by and helped us temporarily resolve the Wi-Fi and AC issues.However, by the time we returned that evening, the air conditioning had failed again, and the home was in the 80s. I followed up again and was sent instructions the next morning to check the breaker—my husband did, and the AC briefly came back on, but again, it didn’t last. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but not before we spent a significant part of our stay uncomfortable and dealing with a key amenity not working properly.What’s more disappointing is that I was told we would be provided a compensation package due to the inconvenience—but I never heard back. That follow-through matters.We appreciated the staff’s responsiveness in the moment, but the experience overall was frustrating and not what we expected when booking through Vacasa.

Clean and spacious but musty and dated

Overall our stay was good, but only because it was just for one night. Overall it was clean but smelled musty and there were numerous outlets that didn’t work. Neither outlet in the master bathroom worked and one of the lamps didn’t work in the master bedroom. There were only sheets for the pullout couch. No blanket or pillows so the other guests who had a bed had to share to accommodate the two sleeping on the pullout couch. Property is very dated but the location was nice and the bus service to the beach access was nice and the driver was very nice.

Great Tennis Beach trip

Tennis courts right out our door. Tram ride to beach that was not at all crowded even w being 7/4 holiday! Great food at beach bar and amazing dinner at Ocean Club & Louis Louis down road. Catch this one fast!
