Welcome to Coastal Breeze Hideaway, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath beautiful condo at the gated Mainsail Resort in Miramar Beach.
Beach chair set-up included March-October.
Perched on the 6th floor, this bright and inviting retreat offers front-row Gulf views from your private balcony, where you can relax to the sound of ocean waves. With space for up to six guests, it’s the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends seeking a balance of coastal comfort and resort-style luxury.

Inside, you’ll find an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms - including a primary suite with dual closets and a modern ensuite bath, plus a second full bathroom. A private washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and cable TV add convenience, while the tasteful décor brings a touch of coastal charm.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy deeded beach access with daily concierge beach service (two chairs and an umbrella, May–Oct). Mainsail Resort offers a wealth of amenities, including heated pools, a hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts (newly renovated in 2026), basketball, grilling areas, and 24/7 gated security.

Located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store, the condo combines the ease of home with the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Guest parking is available for $100 (included as a resort fee), and the primary guest must be 23+ to book.

From sunrise coffee on the balcony to sunset strolls along the beach, Coastal Breeze Hideaway offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable Miramar Beach escape.
