WELCOME TO EMERALD TREASURE! Located in the newest beach community in Miramar Beach known as Treasure Sands with close proximity to public beach access and pompano joe's restaurant. Brand new and ready to welcome guests. Recommended for families, couples or small groups.
Emerald Treasure has a light and airy open floor plan. Decorated in soft, calming blues and greens reminiscent of a day at the beach. You will feel at rest as soon as you walk through the front door. The family room has comfortable blue/gray leather couches and chairs that will welcome you make you feel at home! The beautiful driftwood stained hardwood floors add to the warmth and beauty of this sun splashed room. Relax, put your feet up and watch a movie on the 65" SMART TV(&blue ray/dvd player) or enjoy your favorite TV show or sports channel.
This kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Not only have the basics been provided but a Kuerig coffee maker (as well as regular pot), Ninja blender system, mixer, toaster, crock pot & griddle. Pretty much anything you would need to cook up a fabulous meal. The dining area has a beautiful marble table with seating for ten. The table provides a great gathering space, not only for meals but cocktails, games or just getting together.
On the main level is a bedroom with a king bed and premium Simmons Beauty rest mattress covered with Egyptian cotton sheets and soft cotton quilt. This room is decorated with soft greens and blues. After a restful sleep you will awake to a beautiful view of palm trees. Just off the bedroom is a private balcony with outdoor seating for four. A great place to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. A few feet away is a beautiful bathroom with tub and shower.
After a day at the beach you are sure to get a restful night’s sleep in the large master suite with king bed & premium Simmons Beauty rest mattress. Dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets and soft summer quilt. Soft tones of blues and green create a calming environment. Attached to the master is the spacious master bath with double his and her sinks. Relax and enjoy this spa like bathroom with it's massive, tiled shower & pebbled floor. Equipped with a rain shower and separate hand held sprayer. Or if you prefer take a relaxing bath in the large soaking tub.
The third bedroom has double over double bunks. A sunny room decorated in pale blues and greens. There is a 40" flat screen TV and a ps4 for gaming enjoyment. This device can also be used as a dvd player. Just off the bedroom is a balcony with outdoor seating. This is a great place to view the gulf and enjoy the sunset. A bathroom with tub and shower is just a few feet away.
A laundry closet with a full size washer/dryer is available to refresh your linens or garments. An iron/board is available for your convenience. A 2nd full size washer/dryer combo is located on the 1st floor.
The first floor bunk room has 2 sets of built in bunks with added storage for clothing. Kids love this ocean themed room with nautical built in bed lights. This under the sea room even has an ocean themed night light that shines on the ceiling. Adults also like this room because every bed is super comfortable. There is a 40" flat screen TV. This room has a shared bath with glass shower, tiled walls and pebbled stone floor.
On the first floor is a beautiful canopy bed (queen), with premium Simmons Beauty rest mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. Decorated in whites and navy this room has a relaxing nautical vibe. Just off the bedroom is a bath as well as an entrance to outside pool area. This bedroom has a 40" flat screen TV.
The furnished outdoor patio has a high fence for your privacy. After a day at the beach rejuvenate in the private salt water pool. Haven't had enough sun, no problem, lay back and relax on the comfy outdoor couch and chairs. The sun and the beach make everyone hungry, a gas grill is available to cook up the daily catch or grill a few steaks!
For your use 4 beach cruiser bicycles, 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs are available to you. There is also an additional refrigerator with ice maker for your convenience.
