Tops'l Summit 913 Great pool, hot tub, close to beach, private resort

Summit 913 is a 9th floor beach view unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 913 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The laundry room can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room boasts those gorgeous peek-a-boo beach views and has a flat screen TV, couch, and two chairs.


Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. You can wake up every morning to see those crashing waves from your private balcony. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hall directly next to the guest bedroom. Guests fall in love with this stunning, budget-friendly vacation rental that is super close to the beach. Come vacation in style with us!

A Fantastic Place for our 4th of July Family Trip!

My family had the best time at this condo! It was in a great location (very short walk to the beach) and had a gorgeous beach view from the balcony. We were lucky to have great weather and crystal clear water while we were there. We also got to watch a fantastic fireworks show from the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would book it again.

Great location!

Everything was amazing, from the condo itself, to the customer service. The beautiful beach was only a .1 mile walk and the owners conveniently had easy-to-carry chairs and umbrellas. There are great pools throughout the resort and shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are all incredibly close. Highly recommend!

The unit was well appointed and the kitchen was fully stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, appreciated by someone liking to cook. The master bath and shower were great. The queen bed in master was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep, only used to watch tv. Wish would be for a king size because we ended up sleeping in the twin beds. Have to say the price with Gibson blew competition away and the biggest plus was their fees were much more reasonable. Would always use them, and when we needed a repair they were there same day. Excellent company and would stay again God willing. Thank you 😊

The gulf view is lovely, overlooking the resort property. All of the furnishings are comfortable and sturdy, decorated well and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook full meals with newer appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well. Condo feels spacious and clean. The only wish would be a king sized bed in the master; there is plenty of space for one. Beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use! Towels were clean and in good condition. Extra throw blankets were cozy and clean. Gibson management made the check in and check out a breeze; no problems. Resort is tucked away from traffic, so it feels secluded from the crowds. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Sidewalk runs the whole property, so take advantage for walks. Each building has their own pool and there is a community pool near the beach with an outdoor bar and small grill. Two large 4-burner gas grills overlooking The Summit building pool and are surrounded by marble countertops; worked well and were clean with resin benches to sit near by. Half basketball court and mini golf access to all guests. Pickleball and tennis courts only available to guests staying in the Tides building. Did not have access to the fitness center. Easy access to the beach with a short boardwalk. Chair and umbrella service available. Private beach did not feel overly crowded. White sugar sand and water was clear during our visit. Many grocery stores are close by and the restaurant choices are unlimited. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this unit or resort again!
