Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Miramar Beach was outstanding

Excellent location, great condo and beautiful beach setting! We do winter rentals each year and swear 2024 was the best one ever. From an early check-in to a very clean and well appointed unit, we enjoyed a fun month and will gladly return.

Nice condo

The condo itself was the perfect size it had almost everything needed for a short trip to the beach, oven mitts were not there to remove a hot pan from the oven, I found that out a bit to late, the elevator that was closest to the condo was broken this required a trip from the front of the building to go to the beach pool or out to dinner, getting out things into the condo was a chore, the condo was very clean and the perfect size for 3 people:

fabulous. Vacation condo.

Vacasa was available at all times to help us if needed. The check in and check out process was so easy. The unit was clean and well equipped. Great management service. We plan on using them again in the future.

Great location and view

We enjoyed the unit overall. It had a great view. Very spacious and quiet overall. We would rent it again, although maybe at a different time of year. Being there in January it was winter like temperatures a good bit of the time and also the resort was doing a lot of its repairs and remodeling at that time, causing some disruptions in getting around, The thermostat was set on a schedule and kept reverting it to a colder temperature automatically when we needed to have heat, causing me to having to keep turning the heat back up while we were in the unit, Vacasa Management responded quickly to some minor issues that arose while we were there,

Construction Noise/Stained Bedding/Missing Shelves on Refrigerator

There was construction going on right outside the condo the entire time that we were there. We had to leave during the day because it was so loud. We were very disappointed. Had they stated that there was construction going on, we would not have booked this condo. We wanted to go to the beach for a quiet get away. Unfortunately, it was not the relaxing vacation that we were hoping for at all.

Great place!

Only trouble was check in. There wasnt any clear instructions about initial entry to the gate, luckily I stopped at the front desk first and found out. The code for the condo door was also incomplete/incorrect. I had to call customer support and get a new door code. Took about 10-15 minutes. Everything after that was fine.

Worst experience ever

Owner experience is great but Property was a mess No Air-conditioning working called front office said call vacasa and then water runs out in taps without notice at night and early morning note says water maintenance 10am-11am which ran out midnight and on top Property management says call vacasa we can't help.. Please check in next time booking with vacasa or Property management for issues as with kids it will be hell
