This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 3 Pets. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

From time to time, due to the mechanics of golf carts, their parts or operational error, the golf cart will not operate or will be out of service. There is no guarantee that the golf cart will be in service during the entire period of your stay, however we will provide service and repair to the best of our ability subject to the time of the notification of such operational error. There are no credits, refunds or alternative means of transportation provided to any guest due to the golf cart being out of service for any or all of the period of your stay.
