NEW ADDITION! Just one block from the beach in the sought-after community of Frangista Beach. This three-bedroom beach cottage includes seasonal daily beach service and is pet friendly!
Guests have access to the community pool, heated seasonally, just fifty feet away, as well as a private gated access to the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance such as Pompano Joes, The Whale's Tail Beachside Bar & Grill, Pascalli Kitchen & Bad Ass Coffee.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
