Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located on 15th floor of Surfside Resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. This unit offers a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bay. Surfside offers the fastest and most reliable internet in the Destin area. Fiberoptic internet connected to each Surfside unit. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo. This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. The master bedroom includes a huge King-Size bed and a connected master bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds with private access to the guest bathroom. Additionally, a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room allows 6 to sleep comfortably in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for your family. With three dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to dine together. You can even enjoy a meal al 'fresco from the balcony while enjoying the gorgeous Miramar beach views.

Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside Resort. Additionally, the private sky walk leads our guests from the pool directly to your private beach chairs and umbrella, included in your stay March - October, on beautiful Miramar Beach. The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

We have stayed in many Surfside units over the years and I have to say that this was the best one yet. It is clean, well stocked and the perfect location. Located on the west side and high up offers the best views of the beach and sunsets.

Property was quiet and the location was excellent. The beach was fantastic. Check in was simple and fast. the parking deck has a low clearance so if your truck is lifted be careful pulling in. I would stay in this condo every time i visit Miramar. I LOVED it.

Location was outstanding. Views of the beach and sunset from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Easy quick access to the beach. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella included made our beach trips so easy. The unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. The host thought of everything with a well stocked closet of beach chairs, toys and other accessories. And a whole range of reading materials in the tv stand.

If you are looking for a clean, modern condo with stunning views and a private walkway to the beach, look no further. Hands down, this is the best condo we have ever stayed in while in Destin. The owners seemed like they thought of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

TOILET MASTER BEDROOM PLUGED EVERYDAY NEEDS REPLACED. EXHAUST FAN GUEST BEDROOM NEEDS REPLACED. 1/2 INCH OF DUST ON CEILING FANS NEEDS CLEANED. OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED IT GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Check in was painless. Location was great. Loved that the condo provided 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The condo could have been a little bit cleaner. Nothing particular stood out that was dirty but it just didn’t feel super clean. The towels were also still damp even though we didn’t use them until day 2. The host was responsive and helpful as well!

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware & utensils. It has a great view of the water and easy access to the beach. The location is great with quick access to shops, restaurants, grocery store & an outlet mall. The front desk of the building is only staffed from 9 to 5, and we arrived around 8:00 pm, so there was some confusion about obtaining a parking pass. We contacted security - they were very helpful, and got us one quickly.

My girlfriends and I needed a relaxing girls' week at the beach. We spent a week in this condo and had a wonderful time. The accomodations are great, I really liked the decor, the entire condo was very inviting. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfy, and we enjoyed the balcony and the view. The pools, hot tub, and bar area were great. We also loved the easy walk over the walkway to the beach, and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the rental were always set up in the morning and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family, I had never been to Destin and I very much enjoyed the beautiful scenery and beach. The sand and clear blue water are gorgeous.

Shana's place was perfect for what I was looking for. I made a last-minute booking and she accommodated me quickly and thoroughly. I made a few changes during the trip and she was very responsive and helpful! Her condo was in the PERFECT location! A great view of the beach from the expansive balcony and just a few steps away from the beach! The condo was very roomy and stocked with everything you could need. I especially loved the beach chairs included with the stay - it made going back and forth between the beach and the condo very easy. A very safe and great area of town. I will definitely stay here again!
