Beautiful home on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort grounds. The golf cart died while driving it, but Beach Blue (property mgmt company) responded immediately and was able to get the golf cart operating again. The home was decorated so well and was very cozy with all the essentials of home available for guests. The golf cart makes it so easy to get back and forth to the beach, hauling just about anything you need in a single trip. Beds were very comfortable, and the property layout was perfect. Lots of space and comfy furniture to lounge and spend time as a family. We would absolutely stay at this home again when traveling to Miramar Beach.

A Perfect Stay!

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations were superb; Clean, modern, comfortable, well stocked, close proximity to the beach, pools, golf course, restaurants, outlets and grocery stores. Access to the golf cart was icing on the cake. We could not have asked for more. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great house

We enjoyed the house. It has up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen. We have stayed in the area before in a dated house so this redo was a treat. Openeness of the kitchen/den areas is great. Very comfortable and in a quiet area. Love a free standing house instead of a condo.

The property is great! The golf cart is awesome to use to go the beach, use on property and to go to Grand Blvd to the grocery store. There is chairs and umbrellas for beach in the shed and a lot of other beach items.

Very good location. Light and comfortable property. Agent was very responsive to questions and minor concerns we reported. Would have renewed for next year but it was already booked. Would liked to have Florida first priority.

Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect and the only complaint is the bed in the extra bedroom. Our friends that stayed in it said the mattress was lumpy and definitely needed to be changed out but absolutely a wonderful place otherwise!

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and had a nice backyard. We liked that it had a grill that we were able to use as well. The place came with a golf cart which was amazing! It was so nice not having to load your vehicle up every time you wanted to go somewhere within the resort. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to keep clothes and towels washed up. Overall we had an awesome family vacation. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Checks all the boxes!

My husband and I planned a quick trip to the beach. This home provided all wants and needs required to make a vacation effortless. The home was spotless, well stocked and had up to date decor. It made you feel like you were home. The owners provided beach amenities that made the time at the beach enjoyable. The golf cart that was on site was a great addition to the home, it made it so easy to get around the resort. We loved every minute of our trip and will definitely seek out this home again on our next trip.

Great Accomadations

This is a beautiful house with 2 bedrooms each having their own room. My daughter and son-in-law were married and the reception was at the Sandestin Bay Room so it was a great location in a gated community with security. Christmas lights were up which were beautiful. The only recommendation for others, they only provide one roll of toilet paper in each BR and only one trash bag so make sure to buy some at the local store prior to arrival.

Lovely home with excellent location & amenities

We had an issue upon arrival with an odor that appeared to be smoke and or a pet smell. The host IMMEDIATELY addressed with an ozone generator which worked very quickly and quite effectively. Other than that, the house was well equipped (including beach chairs & umbrellas) and comfy. The resort was excellent in terms of location & amenities. We used the gym & the lap pool daily. The beach access was easy, and the Beach was a 10/10! We enjoyed the golf cart for putting around and getting to our locations on the resort. Overall, a good experience!

ROACHES come out at night! And the property smells terrible. The property and area is beautiful but the smell takes your breath away and my kids were too afraid to sleep alone due to the giant cockroaches that come out at night that you can’t kill even when flattened. The golf cart is an awesome feature.

Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This experience was not the best we have had in the past. The place was a very nice place, but we had issues with the cleanliness of the home. Also, the home had a smell of cigarette smoke so we had to buy candles to try and make it smell better in there. The bed in the front of the house was very uncomfortable. The pillows were way too soft. You can tell they have done some upgrading on the home. The golfcart was very nice! It is a nice place in general, but really needs to make sure the cleaning is done properly before guest arrive. We still had a great vacation!

The cottage was just as pictured! It is in a great location in the resort. We had an issue with the golf cart parking brake. We contacted the host but it was never resolved (to our knowledge). I rated the cleanliness as okay. There were visible dust bunnies in open areas and there was hair on the shower wall in master bath upon arrival.

The only thing we needed were a few extra blankets since it got chilly while we were there. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed. The golf cart was fantastic. The neighbors were super nice and friendly. They gave us a dinner recommendation and it did not disappoint.

Smelly and roaches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smell of this property is so pungent all of my belongings have to be laundered once I return home. The roaches in this place are SO large and abundant my kid wouldn’t even sleep in his own bed because he was afraid of them. House looks nice and it it is nice if you can get past the roaches and the smell.
