Seascape Villa 19C *Pools*Beachy*

This 3 bedroom luxury villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort and sleeps 8 with the beach access only a 10 minute walk. This villa features a very updated and modern interior and access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the 1st guest bedroom and two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with building washer and dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for to add a Pack' N play rental. 

Seascape resort villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 5 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

fun Beach vacation

Okay; master bedroom smelled of cat pee

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had originally booked a stay in Ariel Dunes through AirBnB, but due to a complication, we ended up at this unit instead.It was fine. Our only major complaint was that there had at one point been a cat or cats living in the unit, and the entire master suite smelled heavily of cat urine. We think it had absorbed into the wallpaper. Other minor issues were that we had a hard time getting the light in the kitchen to turn on, the Kurig coffee maker to work, there was no in-unit laundry (there was a pay machine downstairs), and the transitions from carpet to tile were sharp on the floors.It was fine, but we will book a different unit at Seascape next time we go.
