This beautiful condo has a soothing coastal living feel with happy beach colors as well as breathtaking views from a private fifth-floor balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with upscale countertops and a beautiful backsplash, new appliances, white cabinetry as well as everything you need to make your favorite beach meal and snack. The living area has been recently updated with a new sofa and loveseat and offers a large TV with DVD player. The dining table seats six plus four at the bar and if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the waves. The main bedroom has a warm sunny charm with white furniture, a king bed with custom bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin allowing plenty of room to sleep five people total, and it offers a TV, and a DVD player as well. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about your clothes during your stay. With three TVs, three DVDs, free WiFi, and a CD stereo system, you will have much to enjoy when you are ready to come in out of the sun!

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Family Vacay

Enjoyed our time at Miramar Beach. Master bed was very comfy! Room had already been cooled for our arrival, and coming from Texas that was a major bonus! Having a house full of girls we were very grateful that there was always enough hot water for showers and the view was awesome!

The location of this condo is the best. Right on the beach with awesome views. The area has many restaurants and shopping close by. Had a small issue with the bathroom sink not draining. Called maintenance and within an hour it was taken care of! Would definitely use Vacasa again and stay at the Beach Resort!

Perfect little home away from home

504C at the Beach House in Miramar Beach, FL was Wonderful! The condo itself was beautiful with a beautiful gulf view. It was clean, comfortable and beachy...well done. The patio high top chairs and table were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the view of the most beautiful beach! The property itself was wonderful as well. No gigantic high-rise so the property beach front (as well as the elevator) was not crowded. We will be back!!!

I wouldn’t book this property with small kids. The pictures of the guardhouse are misleading unlike equitably priced units this one is unmanned at all hours. Also the bathroom light switch is in the bedroom so to use it with anyone in the room at night you have to turn it on before closing the door. Small thing but silly design. You can tell it was a rushed remodel. Nice on the surface but not if you dig in.

Beach House beauty

We stay at the Beach House every year when we visit. We love the large beach front and complimentary beach chair set ups daily leaving you plenty of space to spread out. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was our first stay in unit 504c. The unit was well appointed with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. I loved the Adirondack patio furniture. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect vacation!

Great place for a laid back and easy vacation. The condo worked well for our family and had a perfect view of the Gulf. Chair and umbrella service was a big bonus, plus the free extra rentals for the week. Quick beach walk to The Surf Hut for meals and drinks!

Disappointment

I have been staying at the Beach House since I was a small child, almost 40 years. Sadly, this was probably our last visit. It’s an old property but it has always been very well maintained. The last few years have seen a change in management and standards are really going down. We had several issues with loose/non-working outlets in our unit. There were also a dozen other things that needed attention in the unit. The pool area needs a lot of work. Weeds are growing between the bricks of the deck. It is not being cleaned as often as is needed. It is suppose to be heated but we were given several different excuses as to why it was not working. When we tried speaking to the office about issues we were told to go talk to the lady in the homeowner’s association office. The homeowner’s lady told us that since the issues were not in her unit then it wasn’t her problem. She also said she had no control over the pool. Very rude. Also, there is no longer a maintenance man on site at all times. The heat in my parent’s unit was not working and it took most of the day before someone showed up to fix it. It’s a shame and very sad to see this property falling to disrepair because it is very unique in that all the units have an excellent ocean view and it possesses a great deal of beach front for the number of units it has so it’s never super crowded. Hopefully the situation will improve if enough people give their feedback. In the meantime I will be looking for a new rental property.

Great location. Beautiful views

This property is in a beautiful location directly on the beach with beautiful views. The condo was good. There are no extra amenities if you are looking for any. No beach towels, no hair dryer, no extra beach chairs, pool toys, fans or anything like that. I have stayed in other condos that offer these items for use but this one did not. We were able to get 2 chairs and an umbrella free out on the beach for being a guest but had to rent the other 2 since we had 4 adults and they were $40 per day. When we got there the refrigerator wasn’t staying cold and had to call maintenance. The master bath toilet kept running, the table on the balcony was coming apart, the master bath door is scraping against the floor, the washer wouldn’t always spin out the water and is super slow. The location is worth the money for the stay but be prepared to bring anything and everything you need. Definitely could use some TLC touch ups.
