Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are also available for guest use. Grab a frozen drink from the tiki hut bar to enjoy poolside on the expansive sun deck, or take it with you down to the beach. Don’t worry about having to cross the street, there is a dedicated pedestrian bridge right off the pool deck that will lead you safely down to the white sugar sand. Getting to and from the beach couldn’t be easier, which means maximizing your time to have fun in the sun!

This cheery property is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. Prepare and cook meals in your fully equipped kitchen, sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your expansive balcony, wind down with the crew for a movie night or game night in the living room, and watch the sunset from the comfort of your master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a King bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access with lovely views of the emerald gulf. NOTICE - Please be advised that the pool is scheduled to be drained from November through February for renovation of the pool supporting structure. This may impact rentals as our heated pool is a popular amenity to many renters and owners. You may want to advise any existing/future rental inquiries regarding the pool unavailability during this time period. The hot tubs will not be affected. To complete this work, the south half of parking level B will also be unavailable, but this should not pose a problem during this time of year.
