LOCATION: get the charm of a picture postcard beach-y neighborhood. No high-rise beach resorts around to over-crowd the beach. Plus, we are in the sweet spot of Destin, with the fantastic beach, minutes to the great shopping, family , and restaurants
SWIMMING POOL/ HOT TUB, Community pool is heated during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and for Spring Break.
LARGE BALCONY with double french doors, where you will spend time relaxing while sipping on your favorite drink and relaxing after a fun day in the sun!


CUTE, COMFORTABLE & ROOMY Our 3 bedroom/ 3 bath cottage has a King bed in the upstairs master, a queen bed in the downstairs guest bedroom and the third bedoom has a twin bed, and a twin/twin bunk w trundle. We also have a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest. We have plenty of storage space so you won't feel cramped...we regularly visit our cottage, so we want it to be nice for ourselves too. :)
FREE Wi-Fi INTERNET for those of you who can't truly get away!
FULL KITCHEN equipped with all you need for at home dining...including a blender for smoothies or other icy treats. So plan to cook up your daily catch or pick up some fresh seafood at the market. The grocery store is minutes away.
WASHER & DRYER in the unit, save your coins for the wishing well!
WALKING TRAIL just in front of our gated community. You can't help but to WANT to go for long walks on the lovely palm tree-lined path.
VALUE: While we're not beachfront, our cottage is the next best thing because were just a 2 minute walk to Gulf

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...

Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short 2 mile drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within walking distance to The Beach Retreat Cottages. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few.

More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to rattle off a few. The sea breeze cottage

My family and I stayed at Sea Breeze Cottage for a week and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean, booking was easy and communication was excellent. The house felt like we were just at home. We had everything we needed to make home cook meals. Laundry access was great with going to the beach every day. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved staying at the Sea Breeze Cottage and would definitely visit again! It’s so close to the beach but has the atmosphere of a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Kathy, the property manager, was so helpful with the few questions I had. The property was wonderful!

Best vacation ever!

Our stay at the Seabreeze Cottage was amazing. The house was up-to-date and beautiful. The location was perfect. The pool and beach were both spectacular. It definitely held up to the website photos. Best vacation ever!

Cozy and short walk to beach

This cottage is in a convenient spot. The community pool is nice and the walk to the beach is easy. We stayed with our 3 adult kids and one teenage child. Plenty to do in the area and when we stayed in the cottage had everything we needed.

Perfect for 2 families

This place was great. We went with another family and it was perfect. Two rooms for the parents and one room for the kids to share. The proximity to the beach was great and made it an easy trip for us. Went every day. I would definitely recommend this location.

Adorable cottage in the heart of Miramar Beach

The Sea Breeze Cottage was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. The cottage was very tastefully decorated and definitely gave a "beachy vibe". It was nice for everyone to have plenty of space to spread out. I have been coming to Miramar Beach for years, so to find a cottage that met my vacation needs was a match made in heaver. Will definitely stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage again in the future.

Home had beautiful decor, very modern and had the at home feel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, absolutely love the Destin area and all it has to offer. Wish the pool was a little better maintained, we were told that management had changed the type of care it was given. Would still return, great house and relaxing area.

My family of 8 loved this rental! The rooms were all sized perfectly, it was spotless when we got there, and the walk to the beach was perfect! The beach itself was amazing, as was the beach service with the umbrella's and chairs! The owners were very responsive to the 1 issue we did have, but that was nothing they could've foreseen. Overall, very impressed with the property!

Lovely property and exactly as pictured! The pool was quiet and well maintained. Caretaker was at the pool every day. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy. Never thought about this before, but the keyless entry was a pleasure. No worrying about lost or enough keys for everyone. You will need your own bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, detergent and kitchen trash bags. We had 5 adults and 3 children, so those things were really used! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! Loved the location, close to everything but very private and quiet. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Destin/Miramar Beach!

Home Away from Home: Beautiful, Relaxing Vacation!

Wow - the Sea Breeze Cottage exceeded our expectations! If you're looking for a Destin-area rental with the comforts of home, privacy, and a beautiful beach look no further! The cottage is extremely clean, roomy, and furnished nicely. It doesn't feel like a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking every meal. It is 10 minutes from the grocery store (and any other convenience you're looking for). We had 3 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10 and we never felt like we were on top of each other. When we came back after a day at the beach or hanging out at the pool, we were able to kick back and relax. In the evening, we enjoyed cocktails on the balcony. It was surprising how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was with as many vacationers were around. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the front door. We spent most of our time at the beach, but there's plenty to do and see all around the area. Working with Kathy made the planning easy. She answered all of our questions and helped us book our reservation within 48 hours. She was a call away during our stay if we had any issues. Thanks, Kathy! Again, if you're looking for a beautiful beach and a perfect place to stay, you found it. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great friends or family retreat

Property was well equipped, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Kitchen was a pleasure to share the preparation of meals in and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large and accommodating. We loved the front porch and balcony for evening relaxation. Beach directly across from community with white sand and waters as beautiful and clear as the Caribbean. Relaxing and quiet community of cottages ideal for families or friends.

Great Family Vacation!

We came down and stayed at this property since we had a family member that owns a property a couple houses down. It was such a nice gated neighborhood with a short walk to the pool/hot tub/beach. There was plenty of room for us and everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving! We would of liked a couple pool/beach towels, but no big deal.

Family mini vacation

The cottage exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable for the six of us that stayed (4 adults and 2 children). We are planning on returning back next year and renting a 4 bedroom so that our other son and his family can join us.

Perfect getaway
