"We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality."

"I would never stay in this Hotel again. To say the rooms are tidy is an understatement. Staff are very unprofessional Parking is not on site. I booked this hotel as there was a "gym" onsite. "The Hotel Rosa is perfectly located. Location is the main thing that I look for in a hotel, and the Rosa did not disappoint. It's a short walk to the shopping district, a short walk to the center of the old city and a short walk to the coolest things in San Marino - Monte Titano and it's 3 towers. You literally have your own private staircase behind the hotel that leads directly to the parh that runs on top of the mountain and past the 3 towers. The view from my room was also great. The hotel staff are kind and cool and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. "
