Always clean and pleasant staff .. the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive and pleasant also . The property is beside a Tim Hortons and convenience store plus a PizzaDelight and Mikes bar and grill across the road . Beds and linens were great and very clean and updated rooms . Great location

The front desk staff are exceptional! The only thing ….the soap bottles in the bathroom are way to high on the wall…..hard to access, especially for short people or kids, and soap and hand lotion squirts out everywhere when you use it!

The lady at the front desk was super nice, she greeted me with a big smile and checked me in fast. She even gave me a quiet corner after finding out I drove 8 hours to get there. It was a really good place to stay while I was in Miramichi.

The staff were very friendly and there was always someone available when needed. The breakfast was ok, standard continental. The women working the breakfast were efficient and very happy and friendly. The room was ok, It needs updating and a good deep, clean. For close $200 a night, one would expect a little more. Lower the price by about $50-70 and that would be more reflective of what to expect.

Super impressed with the breakfast. I don't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel where the bfast was staffed, super friendly and actually made us our eggs and sausage. The front desk even called us to make sure we were satisfied after check in. Definitely will be back.

The woman at check-in/check out was very friendly and personable. The room was adequate and clean but the air conditioning was struggling which made it too warm and humid. There were no towels or face cloths in the room. And only one tissue left in the tissue box. We had to ask twice for towels and got the last two apparently which was great so we could shower in the morning. Breakfast was good really enjoyed the pancake machine. Staff in the breakfast area were polite and helpful. We didn’t use any amenities so I really can’t say anything about them. I would stay there again.

The front staff were amazing. The breakfast is not a full hot breakfast. Whoever owns this location does not have the hot breakfast out for you to help yourself. You have to go to the kitchen door and they will hand you a tiny plate with the smallest amount of scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of paper thin bacon. Didn’t replenish yogurts or cookies. The pancake station was not available. Super cheap breakfast. Would t stay here again.
