Para pasar unos días por la zona perfecto, ya que solo se usaba para dormir y aseo, el día lo pasamos visitando lugares como Frías. Burgos...el tema del código de las puertas nos falló pero se soluciona con el teléfono de la entrada o por WhatsApp. Es un precio asequible y la ubicación perfecta, si vuelvo por ahí lo volveré a reservar

Está muy cerca de las estaciones y la zona céntrica. No tuve contacto con nadie cuando llegué, pero me dejaron instrucciones para hacer el check in sin problemas. Es una buena opción para alojarte en Miranda

No nos gustó que la habitación tenia un montón de hormigas, bajo la cama tenia todo con mucho de polvo, solo pasan al rededor de la cama, el grifo del bidé estaba suelto, pusimos el cartel de no molestar para que no entraran y entraron, estuvieron en el baño cambiando cosas. Tenemos fotos de todo.

Cuando haces el chek-in te dan una clave para entrar en la habitación, pero si tú no llevas alguna tarjeta para activar la luz pues no tienes luz en la habitación.

ATENCIÓN MUY DEFICIENTE/NULA

El acceder al check-in fue una odisea. Llegamos al hotel a las 12:00 para hacer el Check-in, según indican en la reserva y cuando llegamos nos dicen que es a partir de las 14:00. Cuando llegamos al hotel a las 22:30, la máquina auto-check in no reconoce nuestra reserva, 35 minutos llamando al teléf.atención 24 horas sin respuesta. Llamamos al interfono y nos cuelgan de mala manera. A los 40 minutos nos cogen el teléf. Nos dan un nuevo n° de reserva sin más. Empezamos auto-check in, el escaner para DNI no funciona, introducción manual de todos los datos del DNI de cada huésped otros 15 minutos. La maquina nos da una tarjeta y un ticket con los datos y n°de habitación. Ninguna atención personal ni verificación datos. Hicimos cola con más huéspedes en la misma situación literalmente haciendo cola en la calle. La máquina de auto-check in, fuera de la puerta de entrada. Sin información del check-out. Pésima experiencia que no vamos a volver a repetir.

La estancia fue normal , aunque tuve un problema al entrar con el código que me dieron que no era y tuve que llamar , y solo me dieron una llave que eso también es un incordio , la estancia estuvo bien , me dejé un guarda traje en la habitación he llamado y me han dicho que me llamarán , pero no lo han echo y ya han pasado cuatro días

Laut Beschreibung ist Parkplatz vorhanden, ist aber nicht, auf der Straße vor dem Hotel, wenn man Glück hat, findet man eine bezahlte Parkmöglichkeit. Die Rezeption ist laut Beschreibung bis 23:00 Uhr, aber um 22:00 war schon keine da. Die Selbst-Checkin Terminal ist kompliziert, Ausweis bzw. Pass muss eingescannt werden, funktioniert aber nicht, muss man manuel eingeben…. Die Fernbetreuung legt immer wieder auf während des Gesprächs… Also war total kompliziert und genervt für das Checkin und die falsche Angaben von den Rezeptionzeiten sowie Parkmöglichkeit.

Barato y limpio

Pasamos dos días y todo bien. No aconsejo utilizar el aparcamiento del hotel. Para acceder al aparcamiento hay que utilizar un ascensor y es super justo, y para salir ni te cuento. Por lo demás todo bien.
