"I’m not quite sure how this hotel is a 4 star, it’s barely a 2! The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was ok. The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby. We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay. The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom and lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flys everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button. We couldn’t wait to leave. "

"Cheap but tired looking. Apparently no ability to check in before 17:30. Mostly for lorry drivers but still very quiet. Very convenient for motorway and good shops and fuel nearby."

"Prix de p'tit déjeuner chère pour ce qu il y avait. Nous sommes arrivés vers 8h/8h30 , pas de viennoiseries,ni de crêpes, juste 2/3 morceaux de pain et 3 confiture au choix remplis de guêpes. Viennoiseries arriver 20/25 min plus tard ! 3 déjeuner environ 33€ "

"This was a reasonable place to stay in a somewhat out of the way part of France. If you are interested in lutherie and the history of mechanical music Mirecourt is a very interesting place to visit. However a stay in Contrexeville or Vittel might provide additional places to see and visit. The spiral staircase inside Le Luth offers a challenge if you are almost 79 and have large suitcases. Nonetheless, a comfortable place to stay for the night and a nice breakfast in the morning."
