"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. Not too bad since all you had to do was turn around. There is no shower curtain either so you had to make sure the shower head was turned in. The bathroom is not very private, it has an open top and the doors are just like blinds. "
