"Domaine de Lanis is lovely - thoughfully renovated to a very high standard (even the teacups are color-coordinated! see photo), big airy rooms with sitting area, quiet, comfortable, nice pool, and garden to explore. Loved my stay here. Had Table D'Hote one night, it was excellent and lovely to talk to the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend and would love to return."

"Great location to tour a restored medieval castle and take drives through the Pyrenees! The castle is amazing and in very good condition. We took drives up to the Pyrenees the office of tourism recommended which we highly suggest you visit first it’s easy to find right in the main center. Breakfast was delicious every morning with yogurt and grains, and fresh homemade jams and fresh breads plus orange juice. The hosts do not speak English but we got along and everything we needed just fine!"

Joelle (the property's owner) is the star of the place (with Gipsy, her lovely cat!) - super helpful, very friendly, able to provide tons of advice despite our language barriers (she speaks French, which we do not fully understand, but gestures and Google made understanding possible). "An absolute gem. The Villa is very well appointed with custom finishes and furniture made by the hosts (their profession).
