"Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."

"Absolutely amazing stay! My room was big, clean and extremely comfortable, including the bed. I had a large, lovely tub that I enjoyed at the end of the day…heaven. The beach was very clean as well (beaches closer to Heraklion tend to have quite a bit of litter). The food was also delicious. They provide huge portions, so don’t over order lol. It was just a short 5 min walk to the main road, so transit is very accessible, including the hop on/hop off bus. All in all, a fantastic stay at an extremely reasonable price."

"Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! "
