Good Location

Location is excellent for shopping & meeting friends but the bed is not really comfortable as I got backache when wakeup in the morning.

Surrounding areas is construction zone, car parking is a pain as it is near restaurant area with limited parking spots, saw rats when going around looking for car parking. Room and lobby was okay, nothing that stood out in particular. Only used for sleeping is all.

Kingsley hotel awesome...

Its really good, near shoping mall & restaurant just walk by. Hotel was really good, nice bed and need to add tv channel. Cleanliness also very good.

Worth your money and comfortable stay

+ excellent service by friendly staff amd manager + complementary airport shuttle + room is clean, toiletries and coffee is provided + a/c and heater works well + big bathroom and water pressure is good + reasonable price and many eateries around. - corridor carpet could be cleaner as it has a pungent smell

Check before allow client to check in

Check the room first before client check in. We got the room which the air conditioning not working and move to another room which the size is small and the furniture limited than the first room.

For the price i can get better

Stay over for a night only and lucky its only a night.. Was locate at level 2 and lucky enough i nv request for a higher floor which i usually did.. the lift was spoiled even til i check out the next day.. request for additional pillow as the room only have 1 and is very soft was charge 5RM for 1.. Location was the Pros near to alot food places and free airport shuffer..

Nice Hotel Close to Amenities

The hotel is nice and cosy. Near to amenities and two shopping malls. It's also near to the Miri Stadium. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

' Parking Inconvenience '

we have arrived at the hotel by 7.30 pm, check in is fast thanks to the 2 women staffs at the reception counter and both of them is very friendly and welcoming too, room is a bit small but size of the toilet is big , the room is clean , they provides necessary toiletries, air condition is cold, they should add more tv channels beside the existing channels, the cctv is functioning well you can check your car anytime you want from night till dawn but the biggest problem is no parking space, most of the parking space around the hotel is occupied by the non hotel guest who came to eat at the ani sop utara, a reastaurant which is inside the hotel itself and warung puteri beside the hotel. We would really appreciate if the hotel management organise the specific hotel parking for the guest in which the non hotel guest cannot park their car as they please besides that, everything is great.....

ミリの中心部から徒歩１５分位離れています． 現地での仕事場に近いためここを選びましたが，大通り沿いであるにも関わらず夜間は車の音など聞こえず快適でした． こまごまとした点を除けば，現地の相場がわかりませんが合格点と思います．

An average stay in Miri

Fast and friendly services. Located at the heart of Miri near many of city attractions such as mall, art centre and local eateries. Room was big but found plenty signs of ageing; minor maintenance would be necessary. Comfy bed, powerful rainfall shower and quite room will definitely make your day after long hours at work. The best way to explore the area, especially at night is by car. The area was quiet after 8pm. Looking for dinner, there is Ani Sup Utara at ground floor. I love the shoe polishing machine at the ground floor, very practical. Overall, it was an average stay. For the price, I'll return.

A welcome surprise!

The location of Kingsley Hotel was quite a welcome surprise. Just across the street from the back carpark to the Bintang Mall, a short walk to Ming's restaurant, the post office and Imperial Mall. And, in the event you got a parking ticket (like I did), the payment office was across from the post office.
