街の中心で食事、買い物には困りません

窓なしの安い部屋にしたので、多少の設備の古さや部屋が狭いのは我慢出来るが、シャワーのお湯は少し暖かい程度でさすがに寒かった。朝食はホテルの規模の割には広いです。ただメニューは多くないですが、許容範囲です。

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, food nearby.

The room is big, toilet big n clean, good that they provide iron board n ironing machine, hairdryer good. Only we felt the breakfast buffer food menu less quality, food not as our liking menu, not much variety of food to choose, swimming pool chairs not enough. But swimming pool is good.

The hotel staff has an excellent management and being professional. I made booking for deluxe room but was replaced with junior suite without me knowing it because the hotels room was actually fully booked. I must say it was a professional action from the hotel to upgrade my room. Ive experienced a hotel refused to offer a 2nd option (another hotel room) when the hotel suddenly cancelled my booking on last minute due to aircond faulty. The hotel just require me to find another hotel which is so difficult to find at last minute and during school holidays. No effort by the hotel to repair the faulty aircond or replace my booking nearby area to the hotel at least (since i booked that hotel because of shopping area). Once again thank you Mega Hotel youre doing a great job in hotel management. Keep it up the good work Mega Hotel!

The position is amazing, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Hotel is okay, breakfast is not terrible, staff are helpful and friendly.

Hotel is in center of city, easily accessible to eating places and shopping. Hotel is quite dates but overall is clean. Buffet breakfast can be improved as there was no food by 9:15am even though breakfast end at 10. Staff is busy cleaning table rather than serving existing customer.

Conveniently located

The hotel was walking distance to the mall, supermarket, restaurants and convenience stores. While there is nothing much to do in the city, Mega Hotel was conveniently located to check out the local lifestyle. The staff and room cleaning service were excellent!

Fine for quick business trip

No complaints about the room or location, though it can get a bit noisy at night. My room was at the top floor (16th), but the music from the hotel karaoke was still quite loud. And because it's in the middle of town, you can expect to hear motorcycles and modified cars revving their engines at night, especially if it's the weekend. Breakfast was average, coffee decent. Room is clean, and you do have the option of either smoking or non-smoking floors. Hotel is fine for a quick business trip, but if you're looking to relax then you might want to look for a location a bit further out of town.
