The fridge was broke in my room and leaked water every time I opened it. The staff was nice, but CAREFULLY read the check in paper or you might be charged extra."
"Despite saying reception would be open, it wasn’t and had to check in via kiosk. Door access is them via a code they email you but it’s not obvious.
I got through to a person via intercom for help and it was resolved but def a faff.
They made me read my room no out loud which isn’t secure as others were around.
Room small but clean. No facilities except for paper cup and towel but slept ok.
Surroundings are a bit tatty and lots of litter around.
