"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. "Spacious rooms and lovely staff, however our room had bugs, a cockroah and didn’t feel like it was to the standard other hotels are giving at that price. It’s up a hill, which is quite a walk or you can take the elevator, which is very slow. However the staff were very good and extremely helpful. "
