"Although our trip was short, it was the perfect place to rest before we headed to the next destination. It was clean and the staff was easy to communicate with. We definitely will be returning."

"No air conditioning in July but the altitude kept it cool enough. The restaurant was closed at this time which was disappointing especially for breakfast. It's an 'okay' place to stay."

"Wow!!
The pictures don't lie! We stayed in a king room #16.
So many things to love! Comfortable bed, homey feel. The bathroom was updated and spacious.
Saltwater hot tub and sauna were amazing! Had a private sitting area outside to cool off. Had to make reservations so we had it all to ourselves.
Full breakfast with oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit and more.
GREAT local coffee.
Would be great for extended stay as it had lots of storage.
Very clean rooms.
The staff was amazing and had great recommendations for nearby places to eat.
If we ever get back to Salida, will be staying there again."
"We have been going there for 40 years, but this was our first Creekside stay. The sound and sight of the rshing water had a magical effect on the eight of us, all celebrating the memory of my late husband. He loved Mt. Princeton, even back when the lodging was primitive and the food was sometimes terrible. Now the steakhouse is wonderful. Thank you."
