"walls are quite thin so i could hear the rooms next to me ie music, banging, talking. the gym was very small. the elevators broke while i was on it, luckily i was able to force the doors open but it wasn’t great. the hotel was also extremely busy with young kids (i think they had a sports tournament or something) but, being on holiday, its not ideal to have noisy kids everywhere running around all the time"

"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes.
