From the moment I arrived close to midnight, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming; always smiling and genuinely happy to help. That warmth really made the stay special.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, particularly the entrance and restaurant area, which have so much character and style. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was another highlight. The selection is huge, fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The team was very accommodating with me on several mornings when I had to leave the hotel before 7:00 breakfast service, and they prepared a breakfast box for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.
The location is right in the heart of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town, with everything just steps away and walking distance to the main train station.
