The only negative that we were impacted by is the local 'quiet hours' that we were blissfully unaware of before arrival. "We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! "Stayed for 12 days in this lovely house and it could well have been more! A top-class house with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The house is located in a lovely area and there are plenty of opportunities for excursions in all directions. Sunrise over the mountain top by the pool area with a cup of coffee must be experienced. "Michael can only be described as the perfect host. He provided a meal when we arrived and was attentive and helpful at all times. Michael and his family really excelled when we needed a few days extra accommodation at the end of our booked stay, due to a crisis in our family. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "Great villa in a lovely village. We had enough fab tavernas within walking distance to keep our tummies very happy and all the facilities that we needed to eat in. Nektar bakery was an almost daily trip too 😉 Great base to travel by car to lots of cool days out and close to some really nice beaches that were perfect for the kids Lovely pool and beautiful location for star watching. Owner was great at communicating. Would highly recommend for a perfect holiday."

"Amazing would be the word to sum up this property. The villa we stayed in was set in a tranquil setting amongst olive trees. The family who own the villa are lovely, can't do enough for you and were there to greet us when we arrived. The family make their own olive oil from olives they grow themselves and it is the best we have ever tried, we couldn't get enough of the stuff.
