"The entire property is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and is appreciative when staying there. Breakfast buffet is very convenient. Lots of extras in the room (refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, bottled water, and toiletries). Some floors have communal microwaves in the halls. Train station is conveniently located. Many places to eat and convenience stores as well."

"Short walk from Rinku Town station. Booked a basic room for the night before heading into the city, but got a massive upgrade to a suite instead which was amazing! Great views, plenty of amenities in the room as if this was a long term stay. Wished I could stay longer. Shuttle bus is only one way to airport, and there are limited slots so it needs to be booked in advance."

"Great location, walking distance to the train. Check in process was quick and easy. Loved the amenities including the public bath, sauna, and rooftop terrace. The room was a bit small but loved that they offered a triple bed room for our party of 3. The free shuttle to the airport was a great touch!"
